Best of the pumpkin seed oil gummies that I have tried and I have tried several of them. They have helped my husband greatly with night time trips to the bathroom have dropped from 6/6 to 1. I take them for hair folical blocking of DHT...haven't seen anything negative or positive but I have hope they will help me as much as they have my husband.
