Awful
flimsy and cheap. the height adjusting blocks are like rectangular foam baby toys that lose their shape. The height blocks are only tied on with 2 strings making the pillow very unstable. I had one set to return, but some how it was changed to replace the time and now I have to return 2 cheap flimsy pillows.
