Is it OK to keep this glue in fridge ?

Personally I would have thought no. I would think this would make the glue rather slow to come out of the bottle or appear quite thick on the brush. I keep mine at room temperature and just stored in a drawer. Hope this helps.

Will it some bits back on to a resin collectable statue

Should do - to ensure that it is (hopefully) undetectable be careful not to have any seepage showing (can go white). Personally, I would opt for a gel version, seems to set quicker and easier to control any 'running'.

Could i use this to hold a large rip in a pair of shorts together while i sew them? Will the glue further strengthen the repair?

Should do, it dries pretty hard

It states to keep the glue in a 'cool place' where would that be in the summer heat, so I asked about the fridge
