At last, one that is what it claims to be, no need for oil.Noodles and cous cous doesn't stick and is easily cleaned.Frying pan is a godsend for those bacon and egg rolls, without having to peel the bacon off and have eggs that look like a cross between scrambled and shoved through a cement mixer.From an avid Hiker of all seasons this is a must and will cater for two, or a hearty meal for one.

Needed a new set of pans for our campervan so ordered these.Makeup and materials seemed fine.However, although the description gives the actual volume of the pans, I was too stupid to know they were too small for my needs (I've suggested to the seller that they include dimension details too).Seller refunded me without issue. Thank you!

Vango make quality hiking/camping gear so when I ordered this 1 person cook set for a shade over £14 I expected it to be good. On arrival I was impressed by how compact it was, would be no problem to carry in my backpack. The weight was good too. Inside the neat, well made carry pouch were 2 saucepans, both with well fitting lids, a small frying pan (very small, 1 fried egg at a time) and a plastic cup (again very small, teacup size). The metal used in the pans is good quality with a non stick coating (used twice on my wood stove and no distorting or discolouring other than soot, cleaning was easy.) However I'm not a fan of the plastic coating on the folding pan handles, I can see that melting at some point! Overall this is a quality cook kit at a reasonable price! It is designed to be compact and serves that purpose well. But if you like big meals and drinks look elsewhere! To update 19/06/19 - Non stick coating on larger pan came off after 4/5 uses, spoiling a meal. Not suitable for gas stoves but fine for spirit/alcohol burners. Pity cos I liked the set!

Does what it supposed to really easy to clean

I bought these as an addition to a new full camping set up. They are very compact and are as stated a 1 person cook set. I think you could probably get away with using these if cooking for a pair also but not much more.They have been used several times and haven't marked and clean easily.Good quality just wish I had bought a larger set but that is not the product I bought.

Overall good, not used yet but look ok, good size and look strong

This kit is ok for a weekend camping trip but the frying pan could have done with being a little larger. It was designed to be compact, which it is but I would have preferred to have given up a little space in my rucksack for a slightly larger kit.

The pots are an ideal size, but the frying pan is a little small for 2 people, and the cups are a poor plastic material. The frying pan is the real disappointment here. The handles keep coming apart whilst cooking and after a night's use, the non - stick has started to come off. Better off buying a kitchen frying pan. For moderate use and it's compact size, 3 stars is all I can give.
