The best solution to knee problems
a fantastic product. I used this to reconstruct my knee cartilage following a sports injury and it worked. i do not need to wear knee supports now.

Tastes a bit bitter but it is the nature of the product and it is good for your health and as pain relief within time.

Tastes ok and easy to take
Absolutely no idea if this works but it's easy to take and I have my fingers crossed that long-term use might make a difference. To be honest, I'm trying a number of things and will then start removing them one-by-one as a reverse efficacy experiment.

Tastes foul but willing to give it a go
I'm going to leave an initial review of 3 stars and come back after I've completed the first bottle. It tastes rank, like drinking salt water but I added a little ribena and then downed it. If it does the job I'll put up with the taste I guess but omg, it's foul.

Good dosage per serving, great taste.
One of the few Glucosamine liquid supps I've had which is actually palatable! Most taste horrible, but this product has created a formula which tastes ok and is bearable. The amount of Gluc, MSM & Chondroitin is decent per serving, and its good value for money. I will continue to purchase this one.

Really bad taste
Bought 2 of these as I used to regularly buy the Optima Activ Juice for Joints Plus and this had the same ingredients. Was pleasantly surprised to see this was quite a bit cheaper, so I got 2 of them expecting it to be similar. When I got them, the packaging and design was quite similar to Activ Juice but it didn't come with the small measuring cup. Reading the instructions, it says to mix 25ml of it with 100ml of water, whereas you could drink the Activ Juice without that. I can see why you need to, it tastes absolutely horrible and leaves a bad after taste. I've had to dilute it more by using more water and swallowing it fast, which makes it only just acceptable. Disappointed overall.
