Superior quality and finish to other brands
This is beautiful well made and faultless. These are a bit pricer but you get what you pay for. I bought an inferior brand cake stand made in UK of an established manufacturer (not as old as Royal Albert) and it had tiny chips all around the holes where the metal inserts go. I paid over £30 for it, so wish I had never bought it. Royal Albert cake stand is much superior quality, no chips and so far the whole set I have is still intact and I believe will last years.

I love everything about my 3 tier stand, it is shiny, elegant and very sturdy. Perfect for a tea party. See picture of my old country Rose collection by Royal Albert. The seat covers and tablecloths I also bought on Amazon beautiful and good quality.

Hard to find three tier cake stands but they work so much better for high tea. The classic royal albert old country roses pattern was exactly what I was looking for.
