7 day review by new user.
Has made a noticeable improvement to my therapy and comfort. Definitely noisy when fitted top of a P30 mask. So would be best if fitted to the machine end. I use a heated tube so can't because of connections. So now seeking a short extension hose for mask end. Will definitely keep using it.

Game changer
I have a Resmed Airsense 11, and following the advice of the Australian CPAP guru, got this simple attachment that evens out Resmed’s tendency to ramp airflow up too quickly when it detects an EPH, and it has worked wonders for me. CPAPs are good, don’t fall for all that crap on the internet where you put a rock under your pillow or some such nonsense, follow doctor’s orders. That’s my take on it.

Did not work for me. Made breathing in more difficult.
Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I have a Lowenstein Prisma 20A with a Resmed AirFit P30i mask, and I put the device between the CPAP machine and the hose for the mask. I didn’t notice any difference in noise levels, but I found breathing in harder than before. I tried it over a few nights and also tried increasing the pressure, but that didn't help. In the end, I returned it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY (UNLESS YOU WANT TO SOUND LIKE DARTH VADER!)
Makes breathing A LOT LOUDER and keeps my girlfriend awake at night. She said (and I agree) it makes me sound like DARTH VADER. I went to return the product and the seller says it only takes back UNOPENED items. Well, how is someone going to know that the product is JUNK (or not), WORKS (or not) and INCREASES THE NOISE LEVEL OF BREATHING (or not) without opening it??? Consider yourself as WARNED and DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!! >>> YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
