New Kiyonal - Bonsai Tree Cut Paste / Wound Sealant

Really good at sealing wounds or cuts on my trees last for ages well worth the dosh

It is consistence of the toothpaste - oily and sticky. It takes a day or two to dry creating a shell around treated surface. I have used it on cracked old ivy trunk where bark was missing and it was exposed to elements. I have used pieces of original bark to cover some parts where pieces fitted perfectly and treatment sealed it back. Not sure if this was recommended, but it works. Was raining few times directly on treated area and it is still sealed. There is no instruction in any language except Japanese.

I've used this product with both a Ficus Ginseng and a Chinese Elm, with perfect results. It's a relatively thick "glue" to patch up any pruning wounds, so you might want to purchase a small brush for application (it's inevitably a bit messy otherwise, though I just use the flat side of my Bonsai tweezers). It heals well into a transparent "cast", and has prevented any stunted healing or fungal problems after this season's Bonsai prune. I'd highly recommend this product as a general all rounder for your Bonsai.

Good product yes, I received it but it was not delivered to me, it was left on my doorstep abandoned on the street, lately this has happened frequently, there are many good delivery people, but there are also those who don't understand why they do this, it's a lack of respect for those who sell, with those who buy and with colleagues.

The product is good, the delivery service was good. However I have found the same item cheaper elsewhere, (two stars cheaper!)

Easy to apply and does the job well but apply directly from the tube or spread with something or it sticks to your fingers.
