First off, I am not sure what some people have complained about these snips being poor quality or not strong enough, perhaps they were using them for the wrong application? It is always worth taking some reviews into consideration as to whether they product is being used properly or for the right purpose, you never know what some people try! So I bought these because I needed to snip two legs of a RTC chip. It was too small and delicate to try this any other way or with any other tool so I ordered these snips hoping/expecting them to be perfect for the job. Well it took me about 5 seconds to complete the job and the snips cut the delicate little legs off the chip like they were nothing, so they felt good and sharp and robust enough for this type of job. So I can definitley say these snips are what you want if you need to cut electronic components on pcbs. They were also the perfect size and shape to reach into where I wanted to reach and just gently snip the two legs, one at a time. I also needed to remove the legs so using the snips I was able to pull them out. Honestly it was actually 100 times easier than I was expecting. They were comfortable to use and they have a useful little clip to go over the cutting end for protection and also to keep them good whilst not in use. I also figured these were better value than other ones listed on Amazon simply because you get two! I also have a feeling the same product is listed and sold only with slightly different branding so be wary of this as this listing is definitely the best value as you get two pairs. I can see these being of use to me in the future and lasting quite a long time. The only way I could see them breaking is if I was using them on stuff two strong for them to snip through. I don't think these would snip through anything as tough as a key ring ring or steel loop for example. You might be able to with force but I'd say you'd wreck the snips. These are perfect for small electronics in my opinion and perhaps fine jewellery. Very happy with mine.

Very handy small face cutters that are sharp and do cut extremely close to a flush surface , nice and springy and seem to be made well as feel quite sturdy for their size . They are quite good with the alignment of the cutters if you’re using them for electronics

I bought 2 pairs. Initially good, clean, well put together, Not covered in oil or have any type of smell. Blade edges met perfectly and were sharp and stayed sharp under normal use. Handles coverings remained solid and in place. No sign of damage or deterioration in any part. They are very useful in that they get flat to a surface and the little blade tips fit into most small spaces without a problem. However, after about a month of occasional use, one blade snapped off and had to be discarded. A few days later the other pair suffered an identical blade snap. I would say there is a weakness there. If the blades slip so that the wire is sideways then a blade will snap. Maybe it was just my two... BUT I do recommend these. They're so low-cost I'm still going to buy some more - leaving the heavier gauge (thickness) wire to your indestructible (grandads) wire cutters.

WOW for the price these are wondeful!! It feels like a rip off! I bought a massive pack of them and I am still using the first one! Not to mention you have perfect grip on the handles and they are a great size! You can snip anything with them it feels like 🤣. I have already snipped different metals in pieces like steel , aluminium and whatever else i had. They are strong and amazing quality aswell are great if you own a 3D printer for cutting the plastic supports off. I am so so happy!!

These are ideal for smaller jobs such as cutting small wires of a one or two millimetres, or the leads off electronic components. I used to work next to a service department and they bought Swiss ones that cost an unbelievable amount of money but even so they wore out really fast., not only that but they lost half of them. I think for the average person these are a much better buy. They are cheap, good, and may not last forever but side cutters just don't last long no matter how expensive they are. The great thing here is you get two so if one does go blunt on you, you have an emergency pair ready! Great value. The blades meet nicely, no gaps, so they can cut really fine wires but of course don't try them on a mains cable or something like that or they will of course struggle or evey worse, snap. Highly recommended but just don't use them for things they aren't designed for.

Excellent quality and value. I have had several of these micro flush cutters because they are made exceptionally well. With flush cutters you can cut on one side for a flat surface, great for making jump rings, and cutting using the angled side you obviously get an angled cut! Easy to use and comfortable to hold and very sharp. Being micro cutters, they snip right into the smallest areas which is perfect for jewellery making.

Does what it should, good quality and no problems so far. I'm happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Genuinely terrible. I assemble bat detectors which are all surface-mount, the only thing I need to cut is the leg on a AAA battery holder. These things couldn't cut through it, the metal on the cutting edge just bent and left circular gaps between the cuttign edges. Utter junk.

Wenn Sie nach zuverlässigen und präzisen Seitenschneidern suchen, sind die BOENFU Seitenschneider definitiv die richtige Wahl!

J'en possède maintenant 4, réparties un peu partout chez moi (électronique, utilisation généraliste, bricolages en tous genres, vie de tous les jours...). Ces pinces coupent fort et précis ! Quasiment comme des scalpels. Cela dit, j'hésite à m'en servir pour les matériaux trop durs ou épais : peur d'user prématurément les lames... A ce sujet, je me demande quelle est la durée de vie des mâchoires justement... elles sont trop tranchantes pour être durables, à mon avis. Mais vu le prix, l'on peut se permettre d'en acquérir plusieurs, ce que je fais. Donc, pour le moment (et ça fait un bout de temps que je les utilise) c'est 5 étoiles, tout simplement. Je n'ai pas encore trouvé mieux dans ce type de pinces (et j'ai une boite à outils rien que pour.... mes pinces !).
