No more night sweats!
This stuff is amazing. I am on HRT but it still doesn’t take away the night sweats completely. Adding this to my daily regimen removes that final symptom and I feel like myself again.

Helps PCOS
After many, many years on birth control, I decided to stop taking it. After no period for almost a year & no hopes of getting pregnant, I visited my gyno and learned I had PCOS. She put me on Metformin to help my insulin levels (I’m not diabetic) and it’s supposed to help regulate cycles. This medicine made me super sick. I stopped taking it and went to a Holistic, Natural Remedies doctor. She recommended I take this supplement. I started with one pill and worked my way up to two a day. After 3-4 months, I finally started having regular cycles. It’s really a game changer! If I can take a natural product verses a product that has been created in a lab, I’M FOR IT!

Headaches
These caused me really bad headaches that I've never experienced before. I have irregular periods and was hoping these could help me to regulate. I only took them for about two weeks or so and the headaches began. They would happen about an hour after I take one supplement, usually in the afternoon. Every other day or two, I would experience a headache after taking the supplements at its recommended time. My last headache that I experienced was the worst one I've ever experienced in my life, I'm usually able to manage my headaches, but this last one felt like my head was splitting. I'm pretty sad these couldn't help me get my body back on track since I was hopeful and the reviews seemed promising. Since they're $70 and non-refundable/non-returnable, PURCHASE WITH CAUTION. Read other negative reviews and see if the risk if worth it for you.

I used to have night sweats daily, and I'm a mid-20's overall healthy woman. My doctor recommended these mama root pills and with 1 per day, I don't have night sweats anymore! amazing!
