Handwritten features hit singles 'Life Of The Party' and 'Something Big', in addition to new songs crafted by Mendes in writing sessions on his tour bus over the course of the past year. The album includes production by Martin Terefe (Jason Mraz's 'I'm Yours' and Train's 'Hey Soul Sister'), as well as songs with 'Life Of The Party' co-writers Ido Zmishlany and Scott Harris. The album also includes "Stitches", which was released as the album's third single. I was not sure what to expect from the album before it arrived, I was just hoping it was not full of generic manufactured rubbish pop songs. I received it via same day prime delivery and played it the same day and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! For such a young singer he sings with such a beautiful soulful voice that seems beyond his years. I can't say that there is a track that I don't like on the album and I have played it a fair few times since - it just seems to sound better every time I hear it! The actual vinyl sounds good quality and I was happy to see it had a paper sleeve and not a cardboard one. I recommend this album to anyone, I'm not a teenager and I highly enjoy listening to it.

Beautiful album, great voice

I bought this album from the Amazon store for my Kindle Fire. It is easy to download the album onto my Kindle to use both online and offline. Would highly recommend the album.

Dodgy batch of CDs
The actual album is very good. The review for the music is high, the quality of the produced cd is poor. We sent two copies back, the track something big played at the wrong speed and finished early.to be fair to Amazon they dealt with the fault as best as they could, in the end we went for a full refund as we did not want a 3rd attempt at a faulty disc. Obviously, Amazon UK had a dodgy batch of produced CDs.

Best new artist!
Amazing album, pretty much love every song. Some upbeat ones and some meaningful ones, beautiful voice. Can't wait for his new cd to arrive tomorow!

Amazing album!
Amazing album!!!! But the only bad thing is when something big plays it cuts off before it's finished and I only got it yesterday, and played it once !
