I love seeing the back of my phone especially when I get a specific color I like but not a huge fan of clear cases because they do tend to yellow after time. This bumper case has saved me in tons of drops I’m able to set it down face up or down and not worry about scratches and I still get to see my phone! Buttons are interchangeable you can pop the second piece off and attach a back part of the case but overall being this modular but this sleek overall great product rhinoshield! Thank you

I had a little trouble figuring it out. The instructions and extras were well hidden in the back of the box. So, the camera is protected. Due to the thin inner frame that fits into the back of the big one. Once I got that situated it took 4x to get the phone in. No problems with the buttons, they’re working fine. They provide a protector sheet you can apply to the back of your phone. That combined with a front screen protector and you’re set if you’re worried about scratches. It felt a bit slide-y at first but I got used to it. Yes a grippy fabrication would be nice. But it would probably lose its fit over time. Regular daily or work case it’s great. I wouldn’t take it on an outdoor activity- but it does have the two little holes to attach a wristlet or leash to do that’s cool. ****3 weeks later I love this case. I have dropped my phone on pavement and one time from a pretty good height. Not a scratch. Mag accessories work great. I’m used to the feel and love how thin and minimalistic it is. Now I’d recommend it and buy again

Fits perfectly! I can charge via MagSafe and via the lightning port. It has a bevel on the front and back to protect when you set it down. Buttons push perfectly. Great bumper design and the excellent quality I expect from RhinoShield.

TL;DR: This is a simple bumper case that lets you feel and show off the details of your phone, while offering great drop protection. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - I would buy another one if I had two phones. The longer version: I've used the RhinoShield Bumper for my previous iPhone 11 Pro and it was great. Recently upgrading to the iPhone 14 Pro, I was originally hesitant to buy this case because I was reading reviews that said the bumper does not fully raise the camera lens so it sticks out which makes it prone to scratches if you place your phone on a flat surface. There weren't any good pictures included in the reviews, but I was able to find a decent review on YouTube that showed the case accounted for the larger camera lens and protected the whole phone. Fast forward to now, I have the case and have been using it for about 2 weeks. I'm very happy with the case because it's very simple and minimalistic and you're able to feel and see the real details of the phone. I haven't dropped it yet, but I know the last RhinoShield case I had kept my last phone (iPhone 11 Pro) crack and scratch free even after dropping it (from either pocket height, table top/counter height, SUV door height). The only critique I have about the case is that it is a little slippery (hence the 4-stars), but I know this will change (get grippier) as I use the case more, which was the same as my last case. Kind of hard to take a picture of my phone in the case WITH my phone, but I'll try to upload a picture when I get a chance.

It took a few minutes for me to figure out how to put the case on(I took it apart thinking I had to in order to put the phone in.🙄😂) I thought the material would be different, similar to other bumper cases so I wasn’t sure how durable it would be. Even after the first fall, the rocks left small indents on the case and it made me think it was too cheap to protect my phone but I saw it through! I’ve had it two months now and it was worth the purchase! Not too thick but thick enough that the phone is still sleek. I also like the back being open, give you the naked phone feel while still protected.

This case looks incredible on the phone, and I wanted a minimalist case in either an OD Green or Coyote Brown so that part was great. However, the finish of this product is so slippery. You don’t have to worry about fingerprints showing on it or any staining because everything slides right off…including hands.

I had been using a rubbery case that covered the sides and back of my iPhone and while I do like that case a lot, in hot weather it seems to induce overheating more than I was ok with. So I looked for bumper-style cases that would let the back side breathe and cool itself better. This one has worked great so far. My previous case had a slimmer profile and this one is altogether bigger, but this hasn't been an issue - I can still hold and use it comfortably in one hand. On a cosmetic note, my phone is purple, and this lavender case looks great with it ;-)

Io di norma non uso nessuna custodia perchè mi piace il telefono così com'è ma questo semi-case fa al caso mio per esempio durante delle camminate in montagna o comunque attività dove c'è più possibilità che mi cada, quindi mi fa comodo in quelle occasioni. Comunque comodo e sembra proteggere bene il telefono. Ovviamente se vi cade di schermo su una superficie non piana, questo non protegge nulla quindi consiglio di avere anche uno schermo protettivo.

I received rim buttons but I didn’t receive the back plate, the standard version, bumper is good but little slippery while holding in hand, I don’t know what to do for the missing back cover plate,

Cześć! Niestety albo trafił mi się produkt z początku produkcji, albo bumper nie jest do końca dobrze dopasowany. Jest to już mój kolejny bumper od RhinoShield i nigdy nie miałem takiego problemu. Mianowicie dopasowanie do iPhone 14 pro jest słabe przycisk zasilania reaguje nawet przy dotknięciu obudowy blisko niego. Wygląda jakby projekt etui nie był do konca zgodny z finalnym telefonem który pojawił się na rynku. :(

I typically would avoid return the items I purchase as much as possible, however this is one that I struggle to accept. I've used Rhinoshield much earlier on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ many years ago, and I wasn't quite happy with my Apple genuine clear case being a bit more slippery than my preference. I remembered my experience with Rhinoshield and went for the choice. Installation was relatively easy however I did notice the case material being effectively no grip at all in my hands. I had to find the protection the hard way, grabbing the phone out of my pocket and dropped my phone twice. To put some context, out of the hundreds of (not a stretch working in the smartphone industry) smartphones I've used, I've only ever broken one screen and I rarely drop my phones but dropped mine in this case three times in two days. I'd rather not have a case that I'd drop my phone as it defeats the purpose altogether. I had to initiate a return on this product unfortunately. Three stars for my phone did not suffer any damage at all.
