Works great but come without a key.
Works great but does not come with a key which i will now have to pay £29.99 for from ThinkPad.hence 3 stars as you did not mention this.

Works perfectly for Thinkpad L560
I had been using my laptop with one of those USB3 port replicators and found it to be a less than satisfactory experience - network performance sluggish, display quality sub-par, the USB3 cable had a slight problem with staying put in the socket, it would mess up what was on each display when it disconnected, the fact I still had to plug stuff into my laptop and, my biggest bugbear of all, I had to open the laptop to turn it on, which negated the point of having it tucked away in the first place. And not to mention it needed two PSUs, one for the replicator, plus the one for the laptop itself.Enter this lovely bit of kit. No more silly overloaded USB connection trying to feed a display, a Gigabit Ethernet connection, full audio and whatever USB ports were in use on it. No more resource heavy drivers adding to the overhead on the laptop. One more free power socket. Plus I can keep my laptop PSU in the bag for when I have to travel to the office. And the best benefit of all, I can hide my laptop away and power it on using the external power button on the docking station! And because it has all the necessary ports on the back, including multiple monitor connections, I don't have to use any socket on the laptop, making it far simpler to take away with me when I need to and far easier to set back up when I get home. Brilliant! The only downside is trying to convince my employer that it's a legitimate business expense!

fantastic. No drivers or any software is necessary
Order one of these for my new T440 laptop. Arrived fast, properly packed in the original sealed Lenovo packaging. Got all the bits and pieces plugged in, dropped in the laptop and it just works, fantastic. No drivers or any software is necessary. There is a compatibility note - the docking station only passes video for the T440 with the integrated video chip. Apparently some may have a discrete Nvidia video hardware fitted.Anyway no issues with either the supplier or the product.

The perfect accessory for a ThinkPad X260
I previously used a Series 3 Ultrabase with my Lenovo ThinkPad X220. I finally upgraded to a ThinkPad X260 and needed a new docking station to go with it. This dock is ideal for it.It is so much easier than the Ultrabase to line up and dock, the release mechanism is much easier to use too. In addition the audio quality on the Ultrabase socket was terrible. With this dock it is so much better.I currently use this for audio, DisplayPort to a 30" monitor, ethernet, keyboard and trackball. It was a pain to unplug and then re-plug all these every time I needed to leave the office. The additional PSU that comes with it is fantastic, chunkier than the one that comes with the X260 but that is fine as it is under my desk. It means the original charger can stay in my laptop bag.For Linux users: I only use Linux on my Lenovo hardware and it works seamlessly.

A god send when working from home
No longer limited by the number of ports on my laptop. This gives you freedom to use more peripherals and the ease of just docking / un-docking when you need. The Thinkpads last a lifetime so a good investment.
