I honestly can’t recommend these tablets enough. Since taking these, my periods have been regular every month, my mood swings before my periods are significantly reduced and I don’t get sore breasts or the usual PMS as much. I’m so happy I decided to try these, they’ve honestly improved my life.

Does Not Cure Morning Sickness, No Matter What Babycenter Says
Don't want to be mean and drag the rating down with an unfair assessment, but have to be honest to be useful. I bought this to cure pregnancy sickness because frankly I was getting desperate and was willing to try any old wives' tale. I was told that large doses of Vitamin B6 would help rid me of the worst of it. It didn't. I was as sick as a dog for at least half of the pregnancy. (I even tried taking fistfuls of this stuff at once just to see if it would help, but it did nothing.) So if that's the reason you are thinking of buying this, by all means try it (maybe it will work for you) but don't get your hopes up. Can't comment on how good it is in general as I wasn't ill or deficient in Vitamin B6 to start with, so felt no difference at all taking it.
