I bought this, 'birthday girl' made by the Willow Tree collection for a colleague at work who is also a friend. It was her for her b-day, I thought of originally getting her something with angels since she loves them but last gift I got her had to do with angels so I went on to Amazon to have a look & seen this & what grabbed me the most was the price. I love Willow Tree myself and have a few of their pieces that first started when my husband and I were married and got our first piece as a present from a friend of our's. Willow Tree makes such lovely wooden figures to mark all sorts of occasions, the packing is always perfect, figure is completely enclosed in stirafoam and place in a Willow Tree box. It arrive on the second day after I order it, completey sound and could not be happier, thank you Willow Tree and Amazon :)

In my opinion it is a lovely gift for ether an adult or a child, love it.

I love giving willow tree figures as presents so I ordered this for my friends birthday. Absolutely nothing wrong with the figure, it’s lovely! More of an issue with Amazon. The shipping label and the Amazon prime stickers were on the willow tree box so if you’re giving as a gift just be mindful that they don’t package it into a separate box meaning I’ve had to carefully peel of the label and stickers so I can gift it.

When these first came out years ago, I went through a phase of gifting them to my Mom. My friend saw the ones I bought my Mom years ago and commented how nice they were. So I chose this for her upcoming birthday as I had previously bought my Mom the same one previously. The detail and the quality of this figurine is lovely; making the "Happy Birthday" put of one piece of wore is superb.
