Nice good size basin

Waste of money.
None of the parts fit or lock together. It seems as if all the parts except the basin have been sourced from other products from different warehouses and dumped into a box then shipped with a "that will do" attitude.

Bought it for my sister to use for her clients. She has nothing but praise for the product. The only issue if there’s any, it’s the installation instructions that lack pictorials.

Pole didn’t fit the base
Order this and was very disappointed as it all looked so good until I realised that the pole didn’t fit into the base. Will send it back and try ordering another one in the hope that they send the right size next time as apart from that looked really good.

Standing Pole doesn’t fit
It would’ve have been good if the standing pole actually fit. The black run also doesn’t come off tried that.

No additional neck padding
It’s a deep sink, which is great for long hair. Feels very secure and sturdy. Very easy to put together too. The drain pipe is shorter than my other one, for me that’s great the water as can go directly into the bath, so drainage is quicker. My only dislike is the neck, my other one came with this plastic attachment , which was soft and supported my clients neck . So I took the old one and added it to this one.
