Park Tool PPL-1 Polylube 1000 Grease Tube Tool 4 oz,White | bike-greases

In conjunction with park GG1 greaee gun - most of the grease was discharged out of the bottom of the gun.

The product is advertised as white but it is green.

This is one of the only Polyurea based EP type greases I could find in a tube that is affordable so this product is perfect and has many uses, a little bit of it goes a long way!I needed a suitable grease replacement for my Milwaukee power tools that use their "J type" grease which is only for sale in 1.5kg tub that costs a fortune, this grease is a perfect substitute and I've already used it to grease up my M12 and M18 impact wrenches, It's even ideal for greasing up a socket ratchet with multiple alloy types used in the construction which I've done to service an old 3/8" drive ratchet i cut down to stubbify as it was old and the grease had all bit disappeared and this was perfect for making it smooth and silent again.It's really good stuff with multiple uses its extremely versatile and very affordable, I highly recommend this product.

I needed to replace my mountain bike freehub, and of course needed some lube for the bearings. After reading through the description of this, it sounded perfect for the job.Purchased and wasn't expensive, arrived quickly, and the product seems good. But it's actually really viscous, too much so for the bearings to move freely. The description says it's for bearings, and I don't know what bearings they'd recommend using it on, but I wouldn't recommend it for freehub bearings. Anyway, I asked for some advice online afterwards in a forum, and they all said it's too viscous and not ideal for freehub bearings.. So now I have to take it all apart again, which is a pain, clean it properly again and replace with different grease.Its probably good for other things, but not bearings (or these freehub ones at least)

Quality grease.Handy easy to squeeze tube, helps when applying to small areas.Used recently to re-lube my crank with excellent results.

delivered with no cap/lid, so not only do i not have a way to puncture the seal, it would also then dry out, therefore i havent been able to use it yet (need to look for/buy a suitable lid that will fit)

Good stuff and I use it on most things I maintain because it’s better than nothing

It’s a great all rounder grease which you can pretty much use on any part of the bike.
