PlayStation Sony DualShock 4 Controller - Red

Arrived with in 5 days, So far after about 3 days use it has no had any drift, but then again drift comes with wear and tear, the sticks to have a little slowness to them but I'm assuming like shoes they just need to be used a little and its not an issue. Everything works fine to my knowledge, i don't know if its official as im not an expert but so far i am very happy with the product, i do think it was a little expensive but oh well. I would attach images but I'm a little lazy and my phones broken.

Lovely red colour As described good quality

I bought this as a replacement for the one I bought years ago (replaced due to broken button). The red looks great and worked very well for a month or so. Then it started glitching. The analogue stick would appear to constantly drift. I tried resetting it and also forgetting it from the console. Nothing seemed to work. The problem was actually with the Bluetooth connectivity. My girlfriend was watching things on her PS3 in the next room using 2.4GHz broadband (same frequency Bluetooth uses). Once I connected her device with wired internet, the controller drift issue was instantly fixed. I saw a few others report controller drift in the review section also. I imagine they might have had similar issues without knowing the real problem.

Great controller, does what it says in the box

Please realise this isn't a negative review towards the seller, but a negative review on the quality of the official Sony Dualshock controller itself. Cannot fault the seller on their delivery time as it arrived promptly, factory sealed, brand new and appropriately packed. The product itself however was faulty from the get go; thumb sticks suffering from stick drift and not springing back to their default central location and after a while it seemed the square button was constantly being pressed down though it wasn't being touched. The controller doesn't feel as sturdy or heavy as the original black/grey controllers, the plastic seems flimsy and in places the light from the light bar bleeds through at random places on the body of the controller. Poor craftsmanship from Sony. Got maybe 4 weeks use out of it before the square button incident made it completely unusable.

The PS4 DualShock controllers themselves are fantastic and worth the money. However, the delivery was delayed, and the updates about when I would receive them could have been better.

I was amazed that this actually is genuine, although japanese, it's totally sturdy. I personally got a great controller, works and feels really good, great touch response

Good working controller. Only thing is the bluetooth distance is not as good as OEM but very happy with the feel of this product
