One of the reviewers mentioned that the pen can't be topped once you take the top off. Does this pen not have a cap?

The pen has a cap that can easily be snapped onto the opposite end when in use. It is designed to do just that.

How do you refill the pen.

You refill the pen with ink cartridges that are available on line. However, this ink is not waterproof. There are also converters available on line that you can use with bottled ink. If you use the converter, then there are both waterproof "india" inks and colored inks available on line or at any art supply store.

Can you use Noodler's Inks (permanent, waterproof) in Rotring Art pens with ink converters?

I would think so. I do, but once you complete your work be sure to flush out the pen and don't leave the ink in the pen to dry out.

Is there cartridges in a sepia color?
