I have purchased lots of taurine supplements in the past, but my god I have only just came across this one. I swear this is the best I have ever taken, I promise...you wont be DISSAPOINTED. I am taking this in combination with the Choline 350MG and DLPA 500 MG. Along these, on occasions, I take other supplements from the racetam family and modafinil/armodafinil variety. Since I've added this product I've noticed a significant increase in the cognitive functions also my mood was positively affected. I find Solgar brand to be efficient/potent and no b.s. additives in the composition. I test pretty much everything myself before I use and I can't say a bad thing about these guys. I am reordering this product as we speak.

Been taking these for a couple of weeks. Had previously had approx 3-4 nights a week where I had been awake from around 2am till 5/6am. Since taking these I have only had one badly disturbed night - not 100% convinced that’s down to these pills but it’s definitely worth a try if you’re experiencing similar sleepless issues!

It is a brand that I trust. I find that Taurine helps to keep me calm and also I believe it helps me to relax to sleep. If i am very agitated then I take it two or three times a day. Otherwise I just take it at bedtime.

The advert said magnesium taurate/taurine and so I bought it, but it’s just taurine, I didn’t bother returning it. I have been having some issues lately from purchases, you order something & either the product is faulty or you don’t quite receive the actual product, I’m in 2 minds now about placing any more orders

Can you believe vet recommended for my dog I had to tip the contents out onto a spoon to get her to take but so far so good

L’Amino Taurina della Solgar è un ottimo prodotto. Lo uso da anni per curare la mia micia ed è davvero un integratore efficace. Inoltre il sapore non è forte e quindi posso mescolarlo al cibo.
