Apple iPhone 5s 16GB - Space Grey - Unlocked

I ordered this expecting it to come tomorrow (Thursday) and it came through yesterday! I have tried it out and it works brilliantly. Cheaper to get from here than the apple store (I saved £50). I was a bit nervous from other reviews saying that the seller never sent it and mainly negative feedback but mine came from Focal Solutions and it was perfect. I would take off half a star but this is not really the companies fault, the package was put in the gas box at the front of the house and the postman left the gas box open. I'm happy that I have friendly and trustworthy neighbours! Brilliant product from Apple as all of theirs are and I would recommend to everyone!

The Phone itself is excellent and it did arrive within 24 hours which was great, it's a massive upgrade on the 4 which I have been rocking for close to 3 years and in comparison operates at the pace of a mortally wounded sloth! Just a couple of dissapointments - The handset was boxed with a european 2 pin plug attachment so an additional UK plug was provided with the handset, which is all well and good but sadly the UK plug seems to be falty so currently I have to charge from my laptop via the USB cable which works fine. Also the metal pin supplied with all iPhones to access the sim didn't seem to be included with the handset. Again no biggie as I used a safety pin but it seemed a little strange as the handset was boxed and sealed as new... either way I received a great phone at lightning speed and didn't have to wait two weeks for apple to ship.

Half the price than if I was to buy it from apple, it came with slight damage on the sides but that was indicated clearly before the purchase so no complaints. I have had the phone a few weeks now and it is working great, camera is fine, wifi, bluetooth and 3g/4g etc is all fine. And the replacement battery they placed inside is flawless and holds out for quite a while (Considering it is an iphone). I would definitely recommend this seller if you want a good quality Iphone without apples extortionate prices.

Just what I needed!! I previously had a Samsung that was so slow and unresponsive in comparison with my iPhone. I am now a real convert to Apple. When I'm out and about I'm quickly on to the internet to get information, I've used the satnav to locate places, and facetime is just brilliant for keeping in contact with friends and family - for FREE. When we're travelling in Europe I can talk to my daughters and grandchildren, and I even keep in contact with cousins in America and Australia. It's lovely to see them as well as talk to them - and they show me their houses and things they've bought. Couldn't be better. I've even treated my daughters now. Brilliant.

Disappointed by the condition of the phone as wasn't in the condition as I expected. It arrived with a crack above the volume down as well as various chips along the edges, scratches to rear. Looking at the phone it looks like its slightly twisted and the plastic around the camera lens seems to be coming unstuck. It was supplied with a non apple cable which is not recognised for data and will only work one way to charge using the mains adapter. The phone seems to function ok but not getting a lot of use as was brought for iPhone development testing. Despite the condition of the phone, it was well packaged and shipping was pretty prompt.

So KIT gadgets have so far failed to respond 3 times to my emails regarding their defective item. 12 month warranty hasn't been upheld and their now ignoring my emails. The product sold has a defective software and hardware that is causing the product not to function. Charge port is moving out of place and the battery is shot (even when charging fully and depleting the battery fully too) as I cannot change the battery as this would render the warranty I'm now stuck with a £135 phone that doesn't work and a company refusing to replace/fix the said item. Other problems such as the phone turning itself off mid battery after using only one app and a message screen coming up saying 'place on charge' when actually it has a full/adequate battery life. The phone itself resets at certain intervals and won't turn on for several hours at a time. I'm very disappointed as I contacted their sister company called WJD repairs who the profile is also under and they won't help either. I'd advise anyone to steer clear of buying their products and choose another company as this company feels like their out to make quick money selling below average phones.

This phone died within a couple of months. Grey screen of death. Finally got to a repair shop and confirmed motherboard fried and battery useless. At best now a parts phone. :-(

I have to write a review for this phone. I love it! I had always used Samsung and LG products since I got my first cell phone. When smart phones came into the scene I had to wait for them to become affordable for the general tight was public. I have to admit, my first smart phone was an iPhone 4s because it was already being discontinued and was free when I renewed my contract. It was so easy to use that I was instantly hooked! I was 49 years old but not computer illiterate. I had always loved photography and would often take pictures of the sunrise on my way home from work. People on Facebook couldn't believe my pics were taken with an iPhone. Then the Xperia z1 came out with 20.7 megapixel. I wanted to fuze the 2 together and thought this was the perfect option. I was wrong. Within 3 months I was scouring the internet looking for another iPhone. I found this phone. From the instant I pulled it out of the box I was in love all over again. It has such a solid balanced feel to it. Not HEAVY heavy. Just a solid reassuring feel. The ease of use, as opposed to Android phones. still amazes me. The pictures are decent, but I kept my Xperia just for the camera. I hate carrying 2 phones around. Especially since the Xperia is bulky and HEAVY. They now have a compact version, but I can't afford to change phones whenever someone get a good idea! My iPhone is easy to use and you don't get "launcher overload"! It does everything thing I need and more! Except the camera thing that is...

The 5s is a great phone period and this one was exactly as described by the seller. I found this at a perfect time! I had just dropped my 4s at work (one too many times). :-( That's on me. The device still works great, but the antenna got some damage and calls were being dropped. So I needed another phone. Enter Amazon... Thank you Amazon for bringing us together!
