I’m not entirely sure how much this is helping, but I’ve noticed I don’t get colds as often. I’ve been taking it alongside my diet plan for the past six months, and it seems to be supporting my routine. You can definitely tell it’s doing something, as it turns your urine bright yellow. Yes these are a little more expensive than id usually pay for multivitamins but there's a few reasons why. I'm coeliac and with that comes a range of health issues, most of those come with not being able to absorb vitamins. If I buy the single table multivitamins then there's not enough of each vitamin ij there to be useful, however with this and it's three blister packs I'm able to get all I need, very comprehensive cover, the ingredients are safe for me. As with all vitamins the taste isnt great, but I'd rather that knowing they're not covered in sugar.

Been taking these for a week big improvement in my energy levels. I do not usually have issues taking tablets but I do find these a little difficult. Apart from that minor issue I would reccomend these vitamins very strongly.

I had these multivitamins subscribed to regularly, however, every 3 months I have to cancel my subscriptions, because the price jumps up 30%. I'm starting to get tired of Amazon constantly messing with subscription products; what am I supposed to do? Stock up on a year's supply to avoid greed?!

I had a good experience with these Wellman Max capsules. Within under a month, I noticed that I felt more energized and generally better during the day. That said, this is not a magic fix or a replacement for taking care of yourself. I still think you need to drink enough water, eat properly, and keep a decent routine to get the best out of it. But as part of a better overall routine, this worked well for me. I’m happy with the results and would purchase again.

Great combo pack and good supplement. The only thing is that these tablets aren’t the smoothest of swallows, but this is definitely value for money.

We both work in delivery for 12+ hrs a day for about 6 days a week which messes with our eat and sleep schedule quite a bit when we have things to do at home & outside of work, So you can imagine coming home from a job to work extra because of the cleanup, kids, meal prep, & etc. P.S. - Well-woman plus works just as wonders as the Well-man Max.
