It’s a cream, I wouldn’t describe it as oily but definitely a medium-heavy cream. I bought this after a relatively dry and cold snap had my skin feeling terrible, like a dry lizard. The cream sinks in pretty darn quickly and my skin feels great all day until the next shower. I hope this helps 🍀
