I am really pale, i use porcelain foundation, and i was wondering is the light stick lighter or darker then porcelain ?

I use porcelain too. I don’t find the light stick to be that effective, I’d say it’s lighter than porcelain. The dark stick really works though.

does the highlight have highlughting shimmer in it? as the picture makes it look more like a concealer.

I got them for my 16 year old grand daughter ,she says "they are both concealers and dull "there is No shimmer ..Hope this helps ..she says that they are very good
