This cleaner is simple to operate and easy to use. The plastic blade that holds the cleaning pad unsnaps for easy storage. However I don't think that's necessary. When the handle is collapsed completely the cleaning tool is plenty small. The handle can be left all the way in, pulled out for more reach, or set anywhere in between, and simply twisting the handle locks the handle securely to the desired length. The head/blade swivels 180', accommodating varying angles of the glass. This also allows either the sharp point, or the opposite flat portion of the cleaning head/blade to be swiveled into the forward position so whichever one can be utilized for cleaning depending upon your needs. The head does not lock into a given swivel position. At first I though that perhaps this would lesson the cleaning effectiveness, as one couldn't press very hard in a particular spot of the glass being cleaned, but so far this hasn't caused any issues and the too gets the glass clean. If the swivel could be locked, it likely would quickly break off, or if the cleaner were designed to be so robust the cleaning head/blade wouldn't break off, the contraption would be so bulky that it couldn't readily fit into the very tight corner where the glass meets, in my case, the dashboard. The cleaner comes with 4 cleaning "pads," which are simply microfiber towels with an elastic band around the perimeter of the cloth to hold it securely in place. One of the many complaints about these products I see is people comment that the handle isn't long enough. It would be nice if this cleaner had a longer handle, maybe 3 or 4 inches longer, but the handle length on this cleaner is good enough, and it does the job, and I have a very steeply raked windshield in my car, which is what I bought this for. I hate having small specialized tools for small, relatively mundane cleaning tasks, but this cleaner is well worth the price for the amount of time and effort it saves me, and it does a better cleaning job than I'd been doing using either my hands, or the various home-brew cleaning tools I created. If you have a windshield or back window that is difficult to clean because of the angle of the glass, of the reach required to clean the difficult to reach edges, I highly recommend getting one of these gizmos.

Really nice for cleaning hard to reach corners on your windshield

Did not seem to work well. It seemed to leave a lot of streaks. I tried it two different times and was disapointed at the outcome.

Fantastic tool for interior car window cleaning, particularly the windshield and back window. Gets into the nooks and crannies and hard to reach corners.

I have a Honda civic, with very slanted windshield that I never could properly clean the windshield. This product solved all my problems. It was easy to use, compact so I store it under passenger seat for quick grab. It cleans very well and comes with multiple sleeves so you always have one while washing another

One of my cars is very difficult to clean the inside of the windshield. This should make the job a lot easier. It is the second similar tool that I have purchased for the job. The first one failed after only 5 uses due to extremely cheap construction. This one is a bit better made, but only a bit. I though the aluminum handle wouild be a huge upgrade, but the cheap plastic connectors make it only a minor upgrade. I would pay for one of these that is well made and will last. This one will not.

Not so great, OK but needs to have a thicker microfiber in that has a better holding capability. These sometimes slip off when trying to clean your window, can be handy for inside the window, but like I say, he still needs something thicker and more secure at the end.
