Absolutely worth it
Great item, perfect size to not be in the way yet have all the items I need in reach. Can carry more than just medical items and sturdy craftsmanship. Worth the money. Sleek and stylish yet not to flashy.

Great for patrol
I added this to my patrol belt several months ago and I love it. It has a great fit and it does not slide around. The material is robust and made to handle everyday patrol tasks.

So far working as advertised, only downside is that if you don’t have a lot of stuff in the product then the inner starts to fall out of the sleeve. But very well done and I’m definitely going to consider this again if needed.

Great IFAK for a battle belt
The clips are a little fidgety to get on, I used the 2 small bungy straps to attach to my battle belt.

The size is a little smaller than what you think it would look like. For the price of product I would just bite the extra 10 dollars and get one off elberstock. If you are looking for something small to use as a secondary IFAK or to keep in your bag this something that can be used. Depending on user preference if you like to carry a little extra supplies I wouldn’t get this. The material is very thick and lacks flexibility. It is sturdy if you do plan on having this for a while so that’s a plus. Stability if you are gonna mount this on your belt I would ziptie the sleeve. The plastic belt loops are very durable and can snap pretty easily. Overall the 30 price is not worth it if you’re looking to use this as a personal IFAK, I wouldn’t cheap out if your life depends on. But if you want something to keep a secondary IFAK or something to have in your car I would purchase
