Great Recorder!
Absolutely loving this voice recorder! It's a nice simple recording device with just a on-off switch. It is very little, just like any other USB, easily to carry but with excellent battery life at the same time. Microphone range is within 15 feet (4-5 meters). Records standard WAV files that playback on my windows computer or chromebook. Also works with my wife’s Mac. She only needed to download VLC Player. I also found a video on YT with a short explanation on how the recorder works and a demonstration of the quality of recordings. The only thing you need to remember is not to put in your pocket and move or cover the microphone. The microphone is very sensitive and detects the noise from the pocket. Definitely worth the money and customer service is great!

product fine, but, hole for attaching key ring etc will only accept paper clip thickness!!! have not tried to down load yet so will let you know if it is easy to do !!!! ( or not ).

Amazing product
This little device is very easy to use. Thd sound quality is very sharp if you record very near to the sound object. I live it as it does what it says and the battery lasts ages. I can highly recommend it.

Doesn't work
This was a replacement for a previous one that was returned because it didn't work. This one will follow. Plugged it in, red light came on as expected but then kept intermittently flashing blue which is not described in the instructions. Thought it would still be charging anyway but after 4 hours still red light on with blue flashes. Tried to record anyway but without success. Obviously hadn't charged.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER A FEW USES
stopped working after a few uses, and just before stopped working the computer also wouldn't recognise the product so waste of money really would not recommend

Very good product.
Very good product and done exactly what i needed it to. The sound quality could be slightly improved as not as good as others bought.

It recorded well until they whispered but still good but does not open up on new computers had to play it on my old computer to get it to work
