Surprisingly nice for a mass gainer. It is quite sweet, so be prepared for that, but the strawberry flavour is one of the best I’ve had compared to other mass gainers or protein shakes. One thing I noticed with my first tub was that the lid looked like it had been pierced with a needle. I contacted Optimum Nutrition directly, and they confirmed this is normal for transport to prevent pressure build-up, so nothing to worry about. Definitely recommend using a blender to mix this rather than a standard shaker. It’s quite thick and a shaker doesn’t really do it justice. Overall, a solid mass gainer that tastes good and mixes well when done properly.

This was my second purchase of the Serious Mass Protein Powder. I did not buy it for training or body building sport. I developed a temporary condition that made me inactive for a couple of months. During this time I was not eating properly or getting any exercise. I dropped from my normal and average muscular 12 stone frame to 10.5 stone in weight. I looked at reviews on products for putting on weight and the feedback on this product was really good. My own experience is that it worked for me and in only two purchases over two months I regained my weight. It was very good value for money for my situation. The taste was more bland than a fruit juice but not unpleasant in any way. I used a hand blender to mix it and this made it smooth without any dry lumps. I recommend it for putting on weight. I was able to double my eating calorie intake each day. As for body building sports, I cannot feedback on that since I think it would take a bit longer to assess.

Love this stuff. Taste great mixes well. Seen results on the scales adding this to the diet. Just a shame on the price. But saying that the cheaper ones are cheaper for a reason

A wonderful product, strawberry mixes perfectly and produces results. Contains high protein and carbohydrate content but as a bonus, creatine too! If you take the recommended dosage, it wont last long, but isnt the most expensive around (review for tub). Rating is based on taste, mixing and results.

I mix mine with milk and some times with ice cream as well, it is really good. I've tried them all in the past, strawberry is the best tasting and dissolves the best. It is really sweet though. I don't know what people are complaining about, the scoop is half the diameter of the lid.

Il start by saying I never leave reviews on anything but I absolutely had to write one for this! I read all the reviews before buying and there wasn’t many on the strawberry flavor so I felt I took a risk, I’m so glad I did!! It tastes amazing if your a fan of the strawberry Angel delight pudding then you will love this it tastes exactly the same!! I can’t wait to have my shake everyday because I enjoy it so much, iv tried a few different brands and they always leave a powdery taste in my mouth and a not so nice aftertaste this is nothing like that it’s so yummy!! Please bear in mind I mix mine with milk not water! I definitely recommend I will be buying this on repeat! The only thing that surprised me was the scoop size it’s huge!!! I imagine I will get through it quite fast but to be honest with the amount of calories and protein and the flavor I don’t care! It’s worth it happy customer :)

Es perfecto para entrenar y efectifidad/calidad/precio. He visto reseñas de personas que lo critican por argumentar que la cantidad de proteina por dosis es inferior a otros productos. No es cierto. Llevo un año usándolo. Es ideal para personas que les cueste comer por que con poco estamos satisfechos. La suplementación vitamínica que incluye también es fabulosa, el gusto en cualquiera de su variedad es exquisita, fina, fina, no empalaga, se deshace perfecto. Recomendable 100% para entrenamiento de fuerza e hipertrofia.

Ce mass gainer est une bonne option pour ceux qui cherchent à prendre de la masse. Le goût est agréable (j'ai pris le goût chocolat) et se mélange bien avec de l'eau ou du lait. Je l’ai intégré à mes shakes post-entraînement, et il m’aide à atteindre mes objectifs calorifiques quotidiens sans avoir à manger des quantités énormes de nourriture. Il est assez riche en protéines et glucides, ce qui permet une bonne récupération et une prise de masse musculaire efficace. En revanche, il est important de le consommer avec un programme d’entraînement adapté, car il est assez calorique et peut entraîner un petit gain de graisse si la consommation n’est pas bien dosée. Je recommande pour ceux qui ont du mal à atteindre leurs objectifs caloriques ou qui cherchent à augmenter leur masse musculaire.
