These are listed by amazon as 2500 mah but the photos show 2400 mah. which is correct? thanks

Without putting them on a multimeter, I'm not sure. But what I can tell you is they work far better than any of the main brand ones of equivalent power. They aren't usually that accurate anyway, so 2400~2600 or thereabouts.

Would these be any good for rechargeable house phones?

If your phone takes AA than yes.

When recharging what is the recommended charging current e.g 200mA or 500mA or 700mA ?

200. The others charge faster, but overheat the batteries. This causes damage. If you are in a hurry, use 700 occasionally, but it is better to pre-charge a spare set, as the modern ones hold their charge for a long time: these and the Panasonic ones. The older sort used to go flat if you ready-charged them.

Whats the warranty on these? 1 yr? or 5 yrs like the eneloops?
