I got this after being recommended it by the dentist - I’ve unfortunately had a lot of dental issues in my life and try to buy decent stuff to help keep on top of things when possible. This one doesn’t burn when you use it unlike some other mouth washes due to it being alcohol free and it tastes quite pleasant. The fluoride formula is clinically proven for cavity protection, and I try to use it everyday. It gives me peace of mind knowing it’s helping to prevent tooth decay while keeping my breath fresh. At 400ml, the bottle lasts quite a while, even with regular use. It’s an easy extra step to add after brushing, and I appreciate how gentle it feels on my gums. Overall, if you're looking for a mouthwash that prioritizes both effectiveness and comfort, this one is definitely worth considering. It’s been a solid choice for maintaining a healthy smile!

This product was recommended to me from my dentist. It is really good, it does not contain alcohol so is suitable for anyone with drinking problems. It does not have that extreme taste that other products have and it also has really easy to understand instructions. For people who are autistic (like me) this is a benefit as it says how much you should use. The only thing I would change is if it came with a measuring cup on its own.

My dentist recommended this for cavity prevention, and it’s been effective. It’s alcohol-free, so there’s no harsh burning, and the mint flavour is mild and pleasant. I’ve found it works best when used as a supplement to fluoride toothpaste rather than on its own - they seem much more effective as a pair. The 400ml bottle is a good size, but since it's most effective when used at a different time than brushing (to avoid washing away the toothpaste's fluoride), it takes a bit of routine-shifting.

After going down a oral healthcare rabbithole I'd never buy anything other than this tbh, it seems the only actual mouthwash that protects your mouth after clearing it of debrey, why would you buy another non-alcohol mouthwash and not opt for the added flouride protection - it's like a quick toothbruth without the effort with a bonus water flossing. Great if you're away too and don't want to fuss about bringing a toothbrush etc - obviously not ideal but it still does help with the flouride

Using for Dr Ellie s mouth care system. ACT is so expensive and not possible to find in the UK, so I m using this as a substitute. The price on Amazon is the same as in Boots and elsewhere so it is worth buying it on Amazon. Pleasant and mild taste, shouldnt bother anyone s palates.

Decent product (No alcohol burn), but it is relatively low on the fluoride (225 ppm). Using this after you brush your teeth with regular toothpaste (~1450 ppm fluoride) will actually leave you at more risk of cavities, etc. Think of this mouthwash as more of a breath freshener for after meals rather than something to use after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening.
