Love BAO and am glad to have purchased this book, only feedback point is that the font is WAY too small.

BAO beautiful BAO
The introduction alone is worth it... an emotive and behind the successful curtain insight into the labour of love that were their beginnings as a trio. Creativity, Food, Love and Family. Modernist design layout and photography in keeping with the pared back but top quality nature of everything BAO do. Delicious recipes and exciting drinks... Looking forward to getting to grips with grape foam ππΌ I just wish my partner ate meat! Great work BAO crew ππΌ

A labour of love and an excellent book
The BAO book is just as much a thesis on the design, intention and history of the brand as well as an exhaustive recipe book full of favourites. The recipes have everything you would expect if you've eaten at BAO (Baos, doughs, fillings, sides, drinks, cocktails). The late Bao Fitz (RIP) is also a focal point of a chapter. You will not be disappointed.

Kindle edition faulty and impossible to read
I have just downloaded the kindle edition. I wish I had read all the reviews- the layout is faulty with pages cut in half and the print tiny and out of focus. Canβt comment on the book contents because I cannot read it.

Great book, not for a beginner, though this book does take you through every stage, very detailed.
I need a magnifying glass to read it though, not sure whether that is a comment on the size of the text or a sad statement about the state of my eyes! Disclaimer: I do not usually need a magnifying glass to read books.
