Great stuff. Would recommend it.
I used it to repair a black laminated kitchen work surface as other options previously tried did not last. Its great stuff goes rock hard, sticks and does not harden too quickly so you have time to shape and mould as required. Great tip is to add a little water for finishing off and smoothing as it drags without and gives a rough finish. Water also keeps it malleable for a little longer.

Works OK, but once you open the packaging it hardens within few weeks
Works OK, but once you open the packaging it hardens within few weeks. I tried storing it in freezer but it does not seem to extend its life much longer.

Good stuff
Not used this particular epoxy putty before, it's good stuff! It sets really hard more like cement rather than the more rubbery finish. Easy to use, as they all are. It also polished up quite well.

A great product !
I am old enough (I was an apprentice) to remember when epoxy resin first came out, and it was literally a revolution to the way you repaired things which weren't possible before. Things have moved on a lot since, and later in my career, out came the 'industrial version' of this putty, enabling you to 'mould' things, repairing items thet were unrepairable with the epoxy resin, because it 'ran' before it hardens. I was given a very old AVO meter, that somehow the 'Bakelite' support that holds the battery in was broken and missing, so I immediately though of this putty, and I duly mixed equal amounts (you just have to remember that, like the resin, you end up with the sum of the two components - so many people either end up with not enough or loads of waste - and PLEASE wear protective gloves, which you can then throw away !) and it is VERY important that you mix the two together very, very thoroughly, so that it becomes one uniform colour, then you are ready to go. I had already thoroughly cleaned the surface, which fortunately was 'rough; where the piece had broken off, and I pushed it into the broken area, moulding it roughly into the shape I wanted, but leaving sone excess so that I could use my "multitool" to finally shape and polish it later, after it has dried. I like to make sure it has thoroughly dried before finishing the job, so I left it overnight to fully harden, and the result was really good. Conclusion : A great product, just make sure you thoroughly mix it though for the best results and make sure the surface(s) you put it on are 100% clean, using a solvent if necessary. 5 stars from me, no problem !

Recommended with reservations!
This is useful stuff. It arrives as two little tubes of gunk in plastic bags in a cardboard box. The idea is that you mix equal quantities of the stuff then mould it like clay and an hour or so later it sets. In practice its actually pretty tiring kneading until it is a smooth colour. It also leaks black colour so it's advisable to wear rubber gloves if you have any. Once mixed it is easy to apply although not particularly sticky. As it sets it sticks but it can be a little tricky getting it to stick in the first place. It's also fairly slow to set. Although solid in an hour it's really only becomes rock hard overnight. I also know for a fact that one of the rolls of gunk will go hard over extended time, making it impossible to mix, so you should aim to use it all in a few months if you can. You need to make sure that you properly seal the two bags with cable ties between uses, to get it to last as long as possible. It's useful but because of it's fairly limited life it turned out rather expensive for me. I can't think of anything else I would use in it's place, so I would buy it again. The only possible substitute is chemical mortar, which is a lot cheaper, a lot faster, but it can not be moulded like this stuff and chemical mortar would require an additional dye to achieve a colour other than "mortar". So recommended with reservations.

Didn't work
Easy to use and mix, didn't hold glasses frame together for very long, but not sure if that's the product or the user. Will try again and update review
