Two spares are recommended!
Took Mr. Chen quite a while to get these spares online but they work great. Going into Turbo (high blower) really eats into your time on the battery's so two spares are recommended. Not too expensive either. Doing great so far. Had them for about 4 months. No problems.

Haven't used it long enough to know the longevity, but size and weight is very similar to brand name batteries of this size and capacity.

Awesomely useful
This is a work horse! I got a set of spare batteries and I can use the saw all day. The chain is quick and easy to change , the saw is easy to handle, I love this thing!
