Is the quality and brand good?

I am waiting for 2 new knees and find these give great support. I do have some other supports with a covered patela and sometimes find they are a little bit better, but other days I prefer to wear these. One more thing, for a few pounds more you can buy these supports that have springs down the side and you decide how many springs you put in or take out, kinda wish I had bought those!

is there a left and right knee support

I use this on my right knee, but I think it would be suitable for either knee. It gives very good support and is easy to put on. I hope this is helpful.
