5 stars only for packing
Ordered it after reading rave reviews. Came in excellent packing, however, didn't like the product. It's OBNOXIOUSLY EXTREMELY sweet! Sugar is not caramelised perfectly and the addition of cream makes it taste even worse. Tastes like you are eating sugar+ half cooked malai which hasn't yet turned into ghee. The taste is neither here nor there. Once you open, this kind of lid easily lets ants inside the jar which happened with us. We couldn't consume beyond 3 spoons and it all went waste. My son tried to make caramel popcorn with it, but those too didn't turn out good. Not sure if this was particularly with the batch I received or if every jar of this product tastes incomplete, half cooked and this horribly laden with sugar. It's too easy a recipe to pay such a high price for. Easily available on YT. Yet, it's a calorie bomb and a VERY unhealthy product for both kids and adults.
