Used this for years, and although its not sugar its a good replacement for those who need to taste sugar especially in morning coffee :) I also bake with it, it's great with Rhubarb too because its stronger than natural sugar u don't need as much! Baking Cakes is just as easy just replace the amounts

I am generally not a fan of sweeteners they tend to either taste horrible if using to sprinkle on fruit etc or leave an awful aftertaste and I have tried them all over the years in my effort to kick the sugar. Erythritol is a natural sweetener and it doesn't leave that horrible aftertaste, its a less sweet than actual sugar so I use a bit more but really cannot taste the difference in coffee and especially tea which doesn't mask sweeteners as well as coffee. I also like that its it's granular so feels more like using real sugar. I do use it for baking too especially making keto friendly sweet treats and it a great substitute for the real thing.

After trying every other sugar substitute on the market I finally hit gold with this product. I have gone from having 2 tea spoons of sugar in every hot drink and I am an absolute tea freak so that can be 10 cups or more on some days. So using this I’m cutting at least 20 spoonfuls of sugar a day which is unreal considering how many calories were in that sugar and how it was affecting me. I use this as a complete sugar substitute wherever I would have used sugar before including on my cereals too. The best bit is my tea tastes as good as it ever has and I don’t get all the downsides of all that extra sugar. I will say just one thing and that’s how expensive it is compared weight to weight with plain white sugar, however for what it offers I’m willing to pay the price.

I bought this to bake cakes for my dad who has a sweet tooth but DM2 is getting worse. I baked a cake and replaced all the sugar with Erythritol using their recommendation of 130g per 100g of sugar in the recipe. It mixed and baked well, however to me it was too sweet and did have a citrusy/chemical aftertaste that hit the back of my throat and was unbearable. Although, my dad thoroughly enjoyed it. I think I will have to try again perhaps using less Erythritol or doing half Erythritol and half normal sugar to see if that reduces the chemical aftertaste.

Erythritol is a natural sweetener and it doesn't leave that horrible aftertaste, I prefer that it's granular so feels more like using real sugar and has the added benefit of being able to use it when cooking. It's also Keto friendly as its natural. I use it for coffee, cooking and baking. I have used for over 2 years now and wouldn't go back to sugar now.

I have never used this product before. I have bought lots of different stevia before which I detest. I have been looking for an alternative sweetener that is natural and without aspartime which would taste nice and taste sweet. This product is amazing, it has a lovely sweet taste with no bitter after taste, you have to use slightly more in drinks to get the same effect as sugar but it does taste like sugar (to me). Great on oats and yoghurt too and tastes much sweeter on food. The bag is massive so don't be put off by the price, you get a lot for the price and it is worth it if you are looking for something to replace sugar. Highly recommended.

Brilliant replacement for sugar. Could never stand the after taste of the other sweetness like Canderelle etc. For the first couple of tries there is a very distant mint type after taste but once used 2 or 3 times it is totally undetectable. You do have to use almost twice as much as sugar for the same sweetness though.

This product has zero sweet taste, and some bitter taste, completely useless in place of any kind of sugar. I would have given it zero stars if it was possible.

El poder de endulzar esta algo por debajo de la azucar pero se suple echando un poco mas cucharadita y un tercio para equivalencia en el cafe. El em paquetado te permite mantenerlo perfectamente. La textura es similar a la azucar. No produce malestar gastrico como otros polialcoholes. 😭😭😭CONTRAS😭😭😭 Ninguno. Ich habe bereits die zweite Packung geholt. Es schmeckt super, seit dem ich den Zucker abgesetzt habe und nur Erytriol in den Tee/Kaffe tue habe ich ca 2 kg abgenommen (1kg/mo). Es hat auch eine positive Wirkung auf das Wohlbefinden. Z.B. ist meine Nackenverspannung verschwunden. Da der pure Zucker das ungesundeste Lebensmittel ist, das auch Grund für viele Krankheiten ist, würde mich nicht wundern, wenn das gute Wohlbefinden im zusammenhang mit dem Erytriol steht.
