Sally Hansen Nail Rehab Strengthener, 10ml, pink

Sally Hansen nail varnish is always very good, especially if you have problem nails. I have had chemotherapy and didn’t want to lose my nails so have used it constantly and so far my nails have stayed put!

It's a nice product, its light color creates a nice pink tint on the nails.

Brilliant product. My nails are now stronger with no splitting and look so much better after a few weeks of use.

I had to put 2 coats on. Loved the colour initially as opposed to a clear nail strengthener and was hopeful that this polish would last but unfortunately it started peeling off after 2 days. Very disappointing. Will use up - but wouldn't buy again. Agree with other reviews. Very disappointing.

I bite my nails to NOTHING, and they're weak and slow growing, so most of the time I just give up. However, I just had my engagement ring all reworked after 12 years of marriage and I figured I'd probably best make my hands look a little less like a mechanic's before the ring is finished! I've bought this stuff before and didn't realise how effective it was. It's great for strengthening, and looks very clean and natural, if you like your nails quite short, which I do. I bought some more out of desperation, having failed to grow anything even over the top of my fingertips for a couple of weeks. In one week, with just two applications I have definitely noticed better growth (about 1.5mm), even though I still pick at my nails and would normally weaken them by nibbling! I wouldn't say it's a miracle cure, but if you can stop biting for just a few days, and let it get to work, it does seem to be a kind of "rehab", and I will definitely keep buying it.

This is the only thing that seems to repair my nails. Tried the ones on line but this is much better

I ordered this nail strengthener because Sally Hansen is a well-known brand and I assumed it would actually do what it's meant to, especially given the not-too-cheap price. Sadly this polish did not work because it chipped from the same day of applying it, leaving my nails exposed which defeated the object of strengthening them. The polish was not that easy to apply because it started to dry very quickly, but in a tacky way which made finishing the application quite difficult. I tried this polish about 5 times and it was the same every time. I wouldn't bother buying this if you actually want one that works. I usually give away things to other people if I don't want them and someone else might get use from them - I didn't even give this away, just threw it in the bin.

Not worth

It really does do what it says, it's hides all ridges, and dries very quickly. Best product I've come across. 18 years ago my thumb was slammed in a car door. For a year I thought my nail wouldn't grow back. Then it did, yet very rigidly ever since. Similar story for other thumb. I've been to nail salons to query, doctors, tried all sorts of cures or lacquers that will hide the ridges and strengthen. Day one only so far, yet i can say it's very quick drying, and indeed is easy to fill in the ridges, leaving a smooth surface for the first time since. Interested to see how nails will be in a few months time, yet regardless, I will continue purchasing this for a very long time based on this fact alone, that it smoothes out the ridges, and indeed does leave the nail feeling stronger. Also liked the packaging, and personalised note :-)

Buenísimo, sí te ayuda a reparar tus uñas, yo lo he estado usando después de quitarme gelish y te ayuda a fortalecerlas, lo uso solo o como base de esmalte, el color por si solo es muy sutil y lindo.

No tenía mucha fe en este tipo de productos pero la verdad es que lo he usado para repararme las uñas después de retirar el permanente y en 2/3 días te las deja como nuevas y te las endurece un montón. Eso si, al retirar el producto se te queda la uña como blanqueada por donde ha estado en contacto con el esmalte endurecedor.

I cannot say better things for this nail polish, one of my friends recommended this after I had gotten my gel nail polish removed. Not only is it a beautiful skin tone like colour that is very natural look into the nails, but it helps strengthen them and repair damage from my gel nails. Often times I don’t like putting normal nail polish on after gel nails because it feels as if my nails cannot breathe, however, this nail polish is light easily buildable, and a great base if you do, choose to put nail polish over top, I will be re-buying this again and again! Also I love the colour but that’s personal preference !
