Portion Control
If you are following the meal plan then these are perfect to use for portions of food. Some have said the tops are leaking food when taking to work for lunch but my tops seem ok but I haven't transported any food in then yet, they did click on quite tight. They are over priced for what they are but a small price to pay if you are following the plan & want to lose weight.

It is a little pricey for some plastic containers but they are really good quality. This really makes my life easier than counting my macro. It is well worth every penny. In order to use these you will need the list of food that goes in each category, I have my lists bluetacked on my kitchen door.Purple is for fruitsGreen is for vegetablesRed is for proteinYellow is for carbsBlue is for healthy fatOrange is for seeds and dressing

Beachbody Portion Control kit.
Right now! I am trying to write a fair review on this product. Starting with the container set. It is vastly overpriced. When l received the delivery l was surprised how small the package was. "They must have made a mistake". I thought. It was small enough to hold a deodorant inside. I was very disappointed with the tiny plastic boxes. Two film wrapped containers with tiny plastic boxes of various colours. Without instructions or a guide of any sort. " what a rip-off!" I said to myself. However, l looked up the guide lines on' Pinterest' and the different colours were explained. The description is shown below the information on Amazon. I used the boxes for the first time thanking that l would be starving. The green was for vegetables the purple for fruit the red for protein yellow carbs blue healthy fats eg. Cheese, nuts etc. The orange are for seeds and dressing. I filled every container with the appropriate foods. Presto! My dinner was too much.! I didn't finish it. You target how many calories you want to reach daily and you eat accordingly. For a daily intake of 1,500_1,700 calories you eat. 4 green 3 purple 4 red 3 yellow 1 blue 1 orange daily. I awarded only one star for the value for money for tiny plastic pots. I award 5 stars for the concept of this genius idea. I feel as if l am safe in what l eat now. For that reason l award this product 5 ,stars. It would be alot better with instructions and a little case to hold them . Never mind, that's probably to get you to buy the whole package. Which costs considerably more. I recommend these little containers as long as you are food savvy and know what to eat.

Expensive, but a worthy long-term investment for your health!
Over-priced for what are essentially 7 very small tupperware boxes, but the concept is brilliant and I can see me using these boxes for a long time to come, whilst on the 21 Day Fix "diet" and beyond, to help with portion control. You might think you know what a portion of cereal or a portion of nuts etc looks like, but you're probably way off, like I now realise I've always been! It's so easy to just fill a bowl or plate with food, even if that food is "healthy", and wonder why you're not losing weight. Simply measuring out quantities using the boxes ensures you're eating the right amounts of each food group throughout the day, with no danger of over-eating. The plan (which you can easily find on the internet - http://www.daystofitness.com/21-day-fix-guide is a useful site, with additional recipies / shopping lists etc on Pin Interest), calculates you how many calories you should be eating per day, then tells you how many of each coloured box to use (e.g. 3 x green = veg, 4 x red = protein, 1 x blue = healthy fats etc). Ok, it does take a bit of planning, but it's worth it! You should plan your weekly meals in advance, draw up an exact shopping list and then prepare as many meals in advance as you can. I choose to have the same breakfasts, snacks, lunches and dinners for 7 days, then mix things up a bit the next week - it keeps things really simple and you hardly have to think about it by day 3. You'll save loads of money on your weekly shop as you're only buying food you need, so there's no waste, and everything you buy will be healthy. You know you shouldn't eat more than your allotted daily "box allowance" so it stops you reaching for a biscuit or packet of crisps as you know you'll then be over your calorie allowance! Overall, I think these boxes are a worthy investment, and they stack easily so hardly take up any storage space. They're also microwave and dishwasher proof.

Super product
This is just so easy to use and is al oat a foolproof way to eat more healthy foods. These come with no instructions for use or meal plans etc but there is a super app on the App Store that is really self explanatory... There's also a ton of info about the program on the web.....

Good product to re-train brain!
You do need to google how to use these, but anyone over weight needs to understand they are putting too many calories into their mouths and need to cut back. Portion control is a think forgotten about over time and what becomes "moral" just increases. It is a shock to the system to see what a "portion" looks like, but if I knew this I wouldn't be overweight!! Expensive? Yes and no, they are Lillie plastic boxes, but you very, very soon re-coup the money by the cost saving on food! Not feeling hungry at all using these and am losing weight, still enjoying all of my old foods, so was eating healthy, just too much of it.

Im going to starve!
OK now I know I over eat, I'm a big girl so it's not a surprise but these containers made me feel like I was abnormal. The portion sizes are very small. The initial thought is ill definitely lose weight as I'm going to starve to death!!! However I have yet to use the containers as I can't get my head around how small they are but I will. Other small issues are 1. That they do not come with information as to how to use and for what etc & 2. The lid of the red container will not stay closed so of no use if you wish to travel with your portioned food.

Muy buenos y prácticos
Me han encantado estos envases ya que aparte de medir la comida para controlar las porciones, es de muy buena calidad el material de los contenedores!
