Great book for those following a keto diet plan
This book has lots of fun and colourful recipes that are easy to follow. I have already made lots of tasty dishes and shared with friends some of whom have already purchased their own copies. ๐

Good for those new to keto
Some great recipes ideal for those new to keto. Many are illustrated by photos so you get an idea of how they should look, and each has handy nutritional guide so you know what's in a serving

Great recipe book with well presented and simple to prepare dishes.
This is one of the best low carb books I have come across in both range of dishes, ease of preparation and most importantly great tasting dishes. The intro section is very informative if you want to get in the very soul of a Keto lifestyle. The savoury snacks and desserts are my particular favourite but be aware if are new to this type of cooking you will have to stock up on items your average supermarket doesn't stock. I went to Holland and Barrett for most of the items and good old Amazon for the rest. Tom Kerridge's low carb book started me off but this book for me this is a much better range of dishes and is simpler to prepare. Also bought as an ebook for the cooking process - saves the page getting full of food!

Good but particularly cheap or easy recipes
I quite liked this book and it gave me some good ideas. Unfortunately, many of the recipes are expensive eg frequently-used almond flour is ยฃ20 for 1kg. Flax meal (also frequently used)is similarly expensive and impossible to get in Tescos. The pictures are generally attractive and all recipes are listed in US/imperial and decimal weights although some of the ingredients needed looking up - I didn't know the exotic-sounding "rutabaga" was merely a turnip! My main gripe is there are often just too many ingredients!

Packed with info
Plenty of recipes, plenty of pictures, from tasty-looking main meals to making your own keto condiments. Care has been taken to include as much information as possible, each recipe stating number of servings and preparation/cooking times, along with nutrition facts per serving: total carbs, net carbs, fibre, protein, fat and calories. Even a macro ratio is given, such as carbs 5%, protein 17%, fat 78%. What I also find really helpful is that every ingredient is given in American, Imperial and metric measures. Eg 1/4 cup (30g/11oz) coconut flour. A perfect, comprehensive and foolproof cookbook for a keto newbie like me.

Many Recipes, All of them Delicious!
I didn't realise just how good this cookbook was until I tried another. Every recipe I've tried so far (which is quite a few!) has been delicious. They do all take some work and effort, but it's worth it. The sheer number of recipes also helps make it really good value for money and measurements being given in multiple formats is a big plus from me. Personal favourites so far include the Courgette Lasagne, Curried Meatballs and the Chocolate Grasshopper Brownies (but without the mint layer as it was a little too earthy for me). I think it may be time to check out some others by the same author.

Great way to try going Ketogenic!
This book is an awesome accompaniment to the author's website and her "ketodietapp" app. Her recipes are easy to follow and come out pretty great. I think any diet that can be hard to follow will have some recipes you love and some that fall flat, but none of the ones I tried in this book really sucked. Sure, some were just okay, but you're talking about a diet that is extremely LOW CARB and can challenge anyone trying it for the first time. The beauty of this book is its simplicity, it's recommendations for products and in how it helps you plan your food days in advance. I bought this one and found an online 14 day menu plan that went with it. Just perfect for trying this diet for the first time!

If you are going to have only one low-carb cookbook, make it this one. Easy to follow recipes with measurements expressed in multiple ways that will not fail you. A perfect example is the Keto Bun recipe where all the ingredients are by weight and which turns out perfectly every time. Every recipe we've tried was delicious. Nutritional content of each recipe is included. Martina Slajerova has set a new standard for how cookbooks should be written.

Fantastic
Excellent KetoDiet book with a lot of rules and good advices for people who need to lose weight but not only! I love this book and highly recommended it!

Great!
This is a great cookbook, some reviewers have noted strange ingredients, but the only one that is seemingly hard to find is macadamia nuts, which are used in a lot of these recipes. I've just ordered a large bag from amazon. I went through each recipe last night after I received this book and must say I'm dying to try these recipes out! In particular, the bread and granola look amazing! Bang on keto breakdown for each recipe. Very satisfied. Will try to post an update after using a few recipes.
