This is perfect! Like others, when I got it I wasn't sure it would fit. I laid down on the bed to put it on using the biggest notch, then stood up and realized I could go down further, so I was easily able to adjust it standing up to a smaller size. I normally wear a size 16 dress size and ordered the 3X (I'm notorious for going up in sizes and getting too big) but I wanted to play it on the safe side based on other reviews. I'm 5'3" and it definitely isn't loose. I think this will be a great introduction because I wanted firm support as a beginner trainer, without being smothering. It's very soft and breathable (for a corset). It's quite comfortable and I tend to be a big baby when it comes to tight stomach stuff. I bought it to wear under clothes for posture training, slimming, and hopefully some waist training. I washed it after trying it on to get off any storage chemicals. I used gentle washer cycle and it came out just fine. I love it, it's super affordable and comfortable. HIGHLY recommended - especially for someone new to corsets and stomach support.

So here's the thing. The sizing they give is WAY off. I'm glad I went with other customers sizing over what their sizing is recommended to be. If I had gone with their sizing I would have ended up with a MUCH too large trainer. The one I ordered (XL) Fits well. It does give me a slimmer shape, but it does dig in a bit after wearing it for a while. Also, the metal bones keep popping out of their ribbing. It's not the worst thing made, but I also wouldn't call it a 'well made' product. Basically, you get what you pay for. If you want to save money then try this out. If you are looking for a higher quality product then splurge for the more expensive one.

First you need to order a size down. I am 5’4” with 29” waist. I ordered a small and I had to use 2nd row of hook. The material is very stretchy. I like that it’s breathable but it doesn’t give as much support as my last trainer. I’m going to keep it but I wish the ribs were not so flexible. I have a short torso and it’s probably about 1/4” too long but that’s how the other trainer fit as well. Good quality material and easy to move in but doesn’t quite do the job of holding you in like a trainer. It’s better than spanx but not as good as what I expected from a waist trainer. It’s great for smoothing things out and still being comfortable.

At first I loved this waist trainer. It was long enough (I am 5’9) and I am an average build. I used it for about a week before some thread started coming out. Now there’s a huge slit in the middle of the waist trainer because of the threads coming out.. the photo I attached was when the thread first came out. Now the slit has gone all around the back as well. I have had several of these types of waist trainers and never had any of them tear so fast. I only hand wash this and hung dry to attempt to prolong its use but it’s been less than a month and it’s definitely ready to be tossed out now... maybe the piece I received was bad quality but for now I wouldn’t recommend this product because of the quality. Otherwise it would’ve been great (it’s breathable. Good size. A lot of hooks.)

I am measuring 34 around my waist and 41 hips. I bought a large. I am 5'3" and it doesn't matter my weight. I love this product. I am using it because I have internal pain in the liver area and the pressure from outside is wonderful! This is a wonderful product, it is great in quality and I would certainly buy again. I can get it clamped to the third tightness. I am not using it for waist training, but I can see my waistline very well now. It is a beautiful slimmer and comfortable. Breathable, just tricky getting the hooking started. I wear daily. Think of it for more than just waist training...

I am actually happy with a corset/waist trainer. I’ve tried on a few at stores, and bought one on here prior to this one. It was wayyyy too big even following the chart; this one however fit very snug and it has already started helping my posture a lot. More or less got it for that reason, but it’s pretty nice looking on top of that! It’s comfortable and doesn’t squeeze the life from me even though it’s really snug and tight on just the first hooks. I am very satisfied with this product, even more so than the much more expensive ones I’ve tried on/bought. I’ll definitely buy more as I need them.

I spent so much time looking for a comfortable/flexible trainer and have absolutely LOVED this one. Boning is plastic, so it is flexible and binding/fabric is elastic. Since the material is open, it is extremely breathable and the flex in the elastic makes easy to wear for waist training, support, or even at the gym. This is by far my fav 'thin' trainer/corset. When this wears out, i will order an new one 100%. should be in amazon must haves!

I can’t get the waist trainer round my waist. I believe it’s too small.

The width is too small and doesn't cover the whole waist area. It feels like wearing a belt that only covers a portion of your waist while the rest hangs out. Very uncomfortable and fraudulent product. Not what is shown in the ad photo.

The product did not fit though it was free size . Also the belt covers small portion of tummy and if you forcefully wear it pushes all mass to upward which result in creating lot of bloating and uneasiness. Don’t buy it’s not worth.
