My fake Chanel bag came with a place leather strap and this one is just like the strap on the real ones.

I bought a Chanel inspired Double Flap jumbo bag here on Amazon (not a replica with a Chanel logo, but a dupe). It is well worth the purchase and a great, affordable alternative, with one exemption. The strap is too short for it to be a crossbody bag on anybody but a very petite woman, so it limited my use of it. This strap is the right length at an unbeatable price. Know that because of the way a Chanel bag is designed, you can't simply slip the old strap off and this one on their flap bags. You must either know a purse repair shop person willing to cut and add length to the orginal strap, or do what I did, pull the original strap through the holes of the bag; gather; and knot them on the outside side of the purse that hits your body. (I also use an old umbrella pouch to house the extra strap and length-in-knot, so the knot won't stretch the purse). Secondly, I attached this extra strap to both ends of original strap (still attached to the bag) near the wholes of the Chanel bag. When I wear the purse, it's invisable for others to detect; and is the perfect length of a jumbo sized Chanel bag. A super cheap, workable solution. Ideally, you know somebody skilled enough to cut and combine some extra length to your original strap. I didn't know of anyone, nor want to spend a lot to have it done. So this works! Plus, I'll never wear out the original leather strap, as it never gets the wear and tore of crossbody use, but stays in an unbrella pouch :)

Perfect fit for my cross body bag. color matches perfectly and the chains make it durable and the leather within the chains makes it versatile. Functionally this will work well with my style and amazing value for the amount that i spent on it.

Work for the daughters bag, so she's happy.

I ordered this same this strap from 3 or 4 different sellers and this was the best one. Great quality, durable and perfect thickness. I added this to a large cosmetic/toiletry case and turned it into a purse. It worked out great. The silver on the strap matches the case perfectly. Strap is the perfect length to wear as a crossbody (I’m 5’1) or on my shoulder and it compliments the case perfectly. I’ve been wearing this consistently for like 2-3 weeks and haven’t had any issues with tarnishing, peeling, etc.

The gold strap with leather interweaved between links arrived on time and is beautiful. It is the perfect replacement strap for my purse. Excellent quality. I am very pleased with it and am glad to recommend it to others.

It's fine for the price and will give the desired look, just keep in mind that the chain's links are narrower than the classic chain strap this is replicating.

I just received this today and it is super cute on my new purse. The gold is a good match for the zippers on the purse. It's a light chain so it won't add any weight to the purse.

After using this on my mini hardback the strap broke. It looks nice but isn’t very strong.
