I have a two small dogs one is 10 lbs and the other is 12 lbs is this big enough for them together

I would not crate both dogs together in any case. This might be able to fit two small dogs for a short period of time but I don't think they would be very comfortable.

Is there anything on the bottom to protect floors from getting scratched?

Not under the actual cage, no. There’s a pan IN the cage, but if you’re worried about floor scratching i would recommend a floor mat to put under it

Does anyone know the inside dimensions of the 48x29 size crate? I need to order in addition, a metal pan because my bulldog chews up the plastic tray.
