Hey listen. I can have some really painful gout flare ups as they say. I went to a Dr and did the whole test that they do. Said the blood test shows right under the level for gout. Said think I have something as sudo gout. Take cherry tart and see if it helps. I both this product and been taking everyday once a day for like 6months. Never had another painful gout attack (can't walk and have to use crutches when I get an attack). Not sure if this is the contributing factor for resolving my attacks. I did make changes to my diet and quit drinking beer. All I'm simply trying to say is you have to make changes to your diet and alcohol consumption. I truly believe this product has helped me relieve my gout attacks. It isn't expensive for a bottle of this product. Just try it like I did, change your diet, and take care of yourself.

I love this supplement. I take it about half an hour before I'm ready to lay down and I usually fall asleep in less than 5 minutes. A lot less tossing, turning, and trying to fall asleep.

I have been taking this for a couple of years to lower inflammation from RA. Noticeable difference in my lab work after starting. I recommend it to everyone I can that has inflammation. I noticed the difference after a week of taking it.

I have been looking for a product to help with gout flair-ups that is not a prescription. I have only been using this for over a week and when I did have a flair-up the pain was very manageable. Hopefully they will happen less as I take the tart cherry capsules. I am so impressed I already purchased another bottle. I would suggest you give these a try if you have issues with gout.

This seems to be a good quality Tart Cherry blend so far. - Capsules are easy to swallow - No odd aftertaste or ill effects - Price/Value is very good - Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet) I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
