Works extremely well
Normally we use the hose to wash the dog on the deck. But because our dog is a border collie collie. Refer has an outer coat and then an inner much denser waterproof coat. A lot of times the water from the hose would just not penetrate the second coat and it became difficult to get her underlying for wet. In this particular case, I had to use a medicated shampoo because of the skin issue and needed it to penetrate and I saw the Aqua Paw. It made sense since the nozzles had some depth that it would get down to the skin and underneath the dense coat. This proved to be extremely correct and the dog got wet down to the core so to speak. The other thing I noticed was I was using a whole lot less water just to wash the dog completely. My first glance at the Aqua Paul was that it looked pretty cheaply made. But let's say it's cheaply made like a pail and shovel at the dollar store and you know three of my different generations of kids of use shovel and pail. So I'm pretty amazed at how well it works and so far has been quite durable. The interesting thing is you can use full pressure on the hose and the Aqua Paw has a pressure reducer in it plus an on-off switch located in the center which is pretty cool. It's embedded into the Paw so it can hurt your dog in any way. The water comes up very gently in the thick shower so of fashion. And because it's got an adjustable wrist strap it stays on perfectly as you rub it on the dog like a brush. It's really easy and fast to use. After shampooing the dog using it again to rinse the dog it's a very thorough rinse. So again you're not using much water and it's getting the soap out quickly. The only issue I had was my hose on the deck had a female quick disconnect and the quick Paw also had a female quick disconnect porch and I had a little connector that reverse gender. Now for using this in a shower or a tub that shouldn't be anything of a problem because the product also comes up with several different connectors and multiple connectors all of which is quite convenient. Cons: honestly I don't have any cons and with a lifetime warranty, I guess of any issue comes up I won't have a problem

Makes doggy baths soooooo much easier!!!
We have three small dogs- an elderly Schnauzer Yorker female, a middle aged male long hair Chihuahua, & a newly adopted young terrier poodle(?) mix also a male. When we adopted our newest we knew we would have to do his bathing & grooming at home for quite some time because he is highly reactive & nowhere near social enough for a groomer so we started looking for things to make baths easier. Aquapaw has really helped with baths. We were using the regular handheld shower in the past but it was so heavy that it seemed hard to think about doing 3 dogs regularly. Also the hose was too short to effectively reach under our Chihuahua so we would have to pick him up to rinse his under side further tiring our arms & stressing our one good bathing dog. The dogs also figured out they could “hide” in the back of the bathtub or under the legs of the person bathing them. The Aquapaw was really quick & easy for my husband to install following the directions provided. It doesn’t leak or interfere with the regular shower function. The long hose of the Aquapaw easily reaches under our little guy. There is nowhere in the tub that the new guy can hide from the water- not even behind our legs at the back of the tub since we both have to bathe him at this point. It is so much easier & faster to the rinse the dogs all the way clean. The long hose also makes cleaning up after bath time & cleaning the tub in general much quicker. The easy one hand on/off function of the Aquapaw is so much better than leaving the shower running wasting water & money or turning it off & on at the faucet which was highly upsetting to our sound sensitive girl. My husband was hesitant about spending $40 on this because we had purchased a different hard plastic model in the past & it cracked after being dropped in the tub after only few uses. Because Aquapaw is silicone there is no risk of this. Aquapaw makes a lot less noise if it bumps the tub while washing the dogs or if it is dropped, which rarely happens because of the convenient hand strap. Anything that reduces noise is real favorite in our house. Aquapaw helped make baths so much better that we are now bathing the dogs every 2-3 week except the time we get to do just one because the other two go to the groomer. Speaking of the groomer, we now take them every 6 weeks saving money. Since we have learned to bathe & condition our dogs properly (shout out to Go Groomer Amy Leigh for her great advice) their coats & skin have never looked better. Even though we have only had this a short time we are so impressed that I have already recommended Aquapaw to several fellow dog owners. Thank you Aquapaw!!!

Well-made, with some small caveats
First off, I wanted to mention the differences between the AquaPaw Pro vs Original. 1) The Pro has the power button on the top that lets you cycle between normal pressure, high pressure, and off. The normal has the button in the middle that only lets you click between water on and water off. 2) The diverter in the Pro comes with a hook for you to place the AquaPaw. 3) The hose is greyish-white in the Pro, not blue, and the Pro comes in a cardboard box compared to a plastic container. Those are the only differences I've noticed. I was pretty confused since this wasn't explicitly listed anywhere on the Amazon page, so I just wanted to mention it. Now that's out of the way -- So I researched for a while for a proper pet brush cleaner to attach to our shower, since none of our bathrooms had handheld shower heads. I was looking for a few things: 1) wash our dog easily and painlessly because she hates baths 2) something with a long hose that we could easily detach and attach no matter where we moved to, be it a place with a yard/garden hose attachment or another shower head. So I bought the AquaPaw Pro, since it seemed to be a decent, quality option compared to the others. I unscrewed our shower head with a monkey wrench, and screwed in the diverter tightly. It DOES NOT come with plumber's tape, no matter what other reviews have said. Both the diverter and the AquaPaw works as intended. You pull the diverter lever and it'll move water from either the AquaPaw or the shower head. However, initially, a LOT of water leaked when I used either the AquaPaw or the regular shower head. I had to screw in the diverter extremely tight, and even still, tiny beads of water will leak out from part of the diverter. I'm sure if I covered it with plumber's tape or painted it shut it might prevent the water from beading out, but I wasn't going to bother making a trip to the hardware store for it. There's also a small 'hook' where the AquaPaw Pro is supposed to sit on the diverter. It'll sit on the hook, but it doesn't sit flush and it'll fall if I don't get it juuuust right. Even when it does sit on the hook, it'll sit off-kilter. It's not that big of a deal, but if I'm perfectly honest, it bothers my Type A personality that it doesn't sit straight. Otherwise, the AquaPaw works great. Really easy to cycle between the water pressures, click on/off, and the brush is decent and easy to clean. Since we wash our dog in the tub, it was also nice to be able to use the AquaPaw to rinse all the leftover hair into the drain and collect it. We haven't tried the garden hose attachment, and I wish it the attachment was made of metal so it'd be more durable, but it's a nice to have since the flexibility is part of the reason why I went with the AquaPaw instead of another product.

Works Perfectly – Made Bath Time So Much Easier!
I used this for the first time today with my dog (a boxer with short, dense fur), and I was really impressed. The whole setup was simple and intuitive – it went together quickly, and everything worked perfectly on the first try. The hose length is great – even with a high-mounted shower head, it reached all the way down to the floor of the tub, which made rinsing super easy. The sprayer itself has a nice rubber/silicone texture that almost “gripped” my dog’s fur, which helped scrub and rinse at the same time (though it did squeak a bit against her coat). There are two settings, low and high. Honestly, they’re pretty similar, but the high setting has a slight high-pitched sound that’s barely noticeable. Either way, both settings worked well and made the whole process quicker and smoother. Bathing my dog usually feels like a chore, but this made it so much faster and easier – and my pup didn’t mind it at all. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Highly recommend!

I can bathe the dog without help!
Our Cavalier is highly resistant to bathing, but combining this sprayer with a couple other tricks has made a huge difference for all of us, including the dog. This was easy to install on our shower head; I don't leave it in the shower all the time, after bathing the dog I unscrew the hose until the next dog bath. The sprayer works great! Being able to turn the water on and off right on the sprayer makes the process so much easier -- and to my surprise, the pup actually likes the massage aspect of the sprayer, and so I'm able to thoroughly wet him down and rinse him much more quickly than before. Really, this thing is great. I also purchased a suction tether, basically a slip collar with a suction cup on the end, which I attach to the shower wall. This has allowed me to work hands free and without an assistant. But the real game changer for us was putting a licky mat on the tub wall with some peanut butter on it ... pup was immediately engaged with that and never so much as turned his baby browns on me until he needed more peanut butter! We've had dogs for 40+ years and I've never had an easier bathing experience before. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Product
I was skeptical about this product but it does exactly what it advertises. Our older 56 lb. dog has trouble getting into the bathtub, and our downstairs shower stall did not have a handheld wand. The ones we have looked at are not long enough to reach the bottom and this 8' length gets the job done. This attachment works great and the flow adjustment button is wonderful! The pressure makes sure that there is no shampoo residue left behind. It makes giving the dog a bath a much easier process for both of us.

Cute idea, but the pressure’s… more “mild drizzle” than “clean-the-mud off Sparky”
I wanted to love this — the Aquapaw Pet Bath Brush Pro seems like a clever all-in-one: part scrubber, part sprayer, part “let’s make bath time easier” gizmo. And yes — in theory it’s a neat pet-washing hack: soft silicone bristles, a hose attachment, shower compatibility, and that “scrub-and-spray” promise all in one. But in practice … the water pressure is just too weak. I found the spray so gentle it felt more like a soft mist than a proper rinse — not nearly enough to wash away grime or shampoo thoroughly. Combine that with the fiddly connector (a bit of a wrestling match to get it attached securely without water spraying everywhere) and it starts to feel more like a novelty than a dependable tool. If you have a tiny, dust-magnet of a pet and you just want a quick spritz-and-scrub for light dirt, it might get the job done. But if your dog likes to roll in mud or you’re hoping for a solid clean, this brush-sprayer is more fluff than flush. Overall: fun little gadget, but don’t expect it to replace a real bath or a proper shower-spray.

Dog washing made easier with this setup.
Works as described, it’s very lightweight and easy to install. We have a large black Labrador and this helps to remove a lot of extra hair during her baths. The bristles are easy to clean out afterwards and the hand strap is adjustable to fit anyone.

Doggy shower made easy
So easy to use and nice little massage for my pup! If you got a pup that hates baths this is a very easy tool to help brush the coat out while rinsing them! Fit great on the shower and the hose was a good length

Dubbele straal douche
