Mixology & Craft 16-Piece Cocktail Shaker Set - Bartender Kit & Home Bar Accessories, Stainless Steel Barware with Ice Bucket - Gift Ready

My roommate moved out and with him the entire apartment’s bar tools. I had to start from scratch and instead of creating a new set piece by piece, I wanted to try out an all-in-one solution. I ended up going with the Mixology & Craft set because they had most of the cocktail tools I needed along with some wine accessories that my girlfriend will probably end up using. First Impressions: I was surprised how good the muddler was and definitely feel that it was an upgrade over my former roommate’s wooden one. The grooves were able to extract more juice from the raspberries I used for the Raspberry Daiquiri I made for the purpose of the review and the metallic finish on the handle felt nice. The cocktail shaker had a good weight to it and seemed durable. When I was pouring out the Raspberry Daiquiri, I had to switch to using the included Hawthorne strainer as the skin of the berries clogged up the top holes. With a Martini, this will not be a problem. The liquor pourers worked like all other liquor pourers and I was pleased with the speed it released the rum and simple syrup. I think the branding might not be to everyone’s taste but it’s not something I particularly care about as long as the set is good quality (which it is). Final Thoughts: Overall, I’m very pleased with the set. If I went around Amazon trying to buy all the individual items, I’d end up spending more and wasting a lot of time trying to make a set that already exists. Even for $50 or $60, the set is a solid deal. The set has (almost) everything you need. I’d add a fine strainer if you make a lot of cocktails that have muddled fruit. Otherwise, you can make 99% of the cocktails that are out there with this set. I haven’t tried out the aerators but I’d assume if they’re of the same quality as the rest of the set, it will be great.

I'm a retired sales & marketing rep but also bartended throughout my life part time at all kinds of bars and restaurants over the country and this set compares to what I would use or would hope my bar would have at least some of.... this set is absolutely amazing in it's entirety! So to have this complete set, everything you could possibly need, you're going to look like a pro, really! It's made of excellent quality and everything shipped quickly. The company backs up their product by giving you a 3 year warranty and the recipe cards with drink mixes are an added bonus for those who can use the help, plus there's space to add your own drinks you want to remember! I'm so glad I made this purchase and wish I'd done it sooner, had been looking for something like this for a while and just had been looking at liquor stores, not thinking about Amazon until a couple of weeks ago, but so glad I finally thought of it!!! Look no further, this is the set you need, you won't be disappointed!

I started mixing cocktails a little over a year ago, it was tricky because I didn't have this set up. I was going to get a set a few months back and it got lost in shipping. Well I just got a this set today and made my first drink with it. Everything feels like it was well made and won't break from being used as intended. It is a great deal and I would recommend this for anyone who wants to get into mixing cocktails it gives you the bare necessities along with a little booklet that gives you drink recipes. I am happy with this purchase and the company also seems incredibly friendly and helpful.

This kit is chock full of the tools needed for a complete bar set-up. While some items may be a bit undersized for a master bartender, this is great package for the beginner. And it has the right price to go along with it.

I received this kit as a christmas present from my wife. Every piece included is perfect for a beginner in the craft and I was excited to find that nothing felt cheap or was excessive with the kit. Everything included is what youd need to start making fun and fantastic cocktails. What I really want to talk about is their customer service. They were extraordinarily responsive l, even on christmas day, when I found that my cobbler shaker cap was stuck, providing me with some recommendations to get right to using their product and offering to replace the shaker if the cap didnt come off. Kate was great to work with and after a little soap and some tapping with the handle of a butter knife I was able to get the cap off and start using the kit.

I keep hearing about how Mixology is awesome, so I waited for my merchandise only for it to arrive with a broken handle on the ice bucket. Don't get me wrong, everything else was fine, but it looks like it was only soldered on initially by three little soldering dots - that's it. While the steel of the various components are thick and seems reliable, it was very sad that the one thing I was looking forward to, the ice bucket, was broken upon arrival. Which makes me wonder why type of quality I'm actually getting. One-star. Sorry, I'm not usually this hardcore but I'm frustrated at how easily it must have broke in shipping. Of course, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was not broken before being shipped - that would just be plain rude. I think Mixology could do better than they had. UPDATE: Ok, so, I initially had a product issue. They emailed me before I even posted this asking how everything went. Normal customer service to a degree but then I responded back to his email and he was super surprised. He let me know that I could choose a new-set (of whichever I'd like) and it will be sent out. He had it there there next day. I must say, this is THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you for an excellent experience. My new set looked flawless.

Perfect set for exactly what I needed. I host friends at my place after each work week and we enjoy trying out different types of drinks (along with foods too), nothing crazy. This kit made it super fun and easy for us last weekend and the cleaning process was even easier - quite impressed with the durability along with the sleek look of each piece. I am always nervous about purchasing "sets" or "kits" as pieces can just be thrown into the box, but this company packed each product securely and it was clear they paid attention to detail. Thank you! Exceeded my expectations. Definitely plan on using this as a gift idea as the holiday seasons approach.

I purchased this item as a gift for my boyfriend who loves experimenting with new cocktails. This kit had everything we could possibly need to make a great drink. He loves his gift, and used it a couple of times boasting how nice it was. We did notice after the second use, a couple of spots where rust was appearing. I contacted the company to see what options we had, as this seemed very odd for only a couple of uses. They responded almost immediately, appologizing for the defective product and ensuring they would send out a replacement as soon as possible. They even sent the replacement 2 day shipping! The products in this kit really are fantastic, and I believe I really just got a defective shaker, but with the quick action of the seller, I am a happy buyer! This company is great and I highly recommend their products.

Great product. One pick arrived broken, but their amazing team replaced it with a dozen! I am a firm believer that you learn more about a company by how they solve problems than anything else. Even the best of the best will have issues, but it’s how they make it right. Great kit!
