Ninja in the Kitchen (Moby Shinobi: Scholastic Reader, Level 1)

I ordered a group of ninja books for my five year-old nephew’s birthday gift. He likes to help his parents cook so I thought this ninja in the kitchen book would be something he could get into. His mother told me that every night he asks to read his ninja books before bed so I believe the books are a hit.

Lovely story for kiddos that want to help. Have good vocabulary for young ones to learn. Pretty illustrations…

Kids love this series. Funny stories easy to read for kindergartens and 1st graders. If too easy move to level 2 Reader.

Ninja in the Kitchen is such a fun book for early readers. My child loved following Moby Shinobi as he tried to make pizza at Papa Peppy’s Pizza Shop and got into all sorts of silly mishaps. The rhyming text makes it easy to read aloud, and the colorful illustrations keep kids engaged from start to finish. It was a big hit in our house, and it’s a great way to encourage early reading while also making story time playful and entertaining.

My 5/6 year old boy loves this book series. Really good for bed time book reading. Not too long, not too short, the text is printed in a good easy to read font. Makes for a great book for under $5.

Super cute, my 4 year old is OBSESSED with ninjas. He loved reading these books because it combined his two favorite things pizza, and ninjas.
