After doing a lot of research, I finally decided to buy this mattress. But let me tell you — nothing prepares you for how heavy it is! I hadn’t removed my old mattress when it arrived, so I had to move everything around myself. And to make things worse, I accidentally placed the new mattress upside down. It took three people to flip and set it properly! So, here’s my advice: when you buy this mattress, make sure everything is ready beforehand and ask the delivery person to place it directly on your bed. Trust me, if you weigh around 50 kg, trying to move this thing alone will feel like a full workout — or worse, a near heart attack!

The folks at Sleep Company have done an amazing job while creating this mattress. The smartGrid technology actually is a game-changer. It makes the mattress soft where your body weight is concentrated making it comfortable and hard where where your body weight is distributed giving much needed support. The SnowTec system works very well and keeps the surface of the mattress rather cool. To sum it all up, your sleep quality will definitely improve and you will wake up fresh every time. I have been using this mattress for almost an year now, and I still havent gotten used to this mattress. At first it felt good, however after a week or so the mattress starts to sag. I contacted the customer service for the same, and they were kind enough to replace the mattress, however the problem still persists. The mattress is not worth the money, and also it give me back pain. Because it just sags.Its like you are buyinng into 35k backpain. If I given a chance to exchange this mattress, I won't think twice.
