Tranquillo Universal Double Hammock with Stand Included for 2Persons, Grey

I paid $149.99 for this item and I am so pleased with my purchase! Super easy to assemble and very comfortable! I have it at the highest setting, and have it hung by the actual grommets on the hammock and not by the chains. It is at a perfect height at that setting. I do wish it was about 2 inches higher but it’s still so comfy and easy to get in and out. Super happy with this purchase, and even happier I bought it when it was $35 less than it is now! I definitely recommend this product. I honestly use it almost daily! Easy to move around and I love laying in the shade reading a book in the afternoon.

We absolutely love this hammock. We have had it for 3 years and use it very often. We love that it breaks down and stores small and is easy to bring places. However, it recently ripped and caused my husband to get injured and break his iPad. He was literally just sitting on the hammock completely still and it just ripped apart out of nowhere. I have been trying to reach out to the company for support to see if we can get a replacement hammock since the stand is still working fine. But there is no way to contact support. Granted we had it for three years, we still believe it should last longer than that, especially since we take care of it and put it away when not in use and try not to leave it in the sun.

When I first received my hammock, I noticed it was a bit wobbly, and I was concerned there might be a defect. I reached out to customer service, and I was absolutely blown away by their response. They got back to me quickly, genuinely listened to my concerns, and immediately offered solutions to make things right.They even offered to send a replacement, but since I didn’t need another hammock, we worked out a different solution. While the wobble is still there, I honestly don’t mind anymore because their support and dedication to customer satisfaction were incredible. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their products and values their customers the way they do.Now, I can just relax and enjoy my hammock, knowing I bought from a company that actually cares. If you’re considering a purchase, do it—you’ll not only get a great product but also top-tier service if you ever need it. Highly recommend!

Excellent produit

Love the hammock.Always wanted a hammock that could easily be put up or taken down as needed. This does the trick. The hammock itself is also very breathable material which is absolutely essential in Georgia!The ONLY reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it’s not comfy unless you put some pillows in there (and that just might be my personal preference) …Other than that, if you’re on the fence just buy it! Very easy to breakdown and store in small spaces. Very sturdy and not an eyesore.Value for the money? Absolutely. I would buy it again.
