Great setup for someone looking to not invest a ton and get a decent rod and reel plus tackle to fish off a pier instantly. I bought three of these and my kids were catching a lot of fish on our recent trip down to top sail.

Bought for my son and he loves it. Feels good, light weight and gets the job done.

I am sorry but this is the worst pole of all time. I’ve fished all my life and have never seen this. Catching normal bass - the line repeatedly snapped. We lost many fish. The drag doesn’t work and I have video proof. This pole is absolutely terrible. Please contact me how I can return it and will never purchase this again. It turned what could have been an awesome experience fishing with my wife into a terrible one. From a very experienced fisherman.

The rod seems to be sturdy enough to support a nice inshore fight, the colors are great, the grip is really nice and the reel is pretty smooth too. The tackles that come with the rod are pretty useful and are a nice addition. The paint came a little bit scrapped but just in small areas. Overall a nice saltwater rod for a nice price 👍.

Love the breakdown action and the color matches my Home Depot’s five gallon bucket. The Catfish accessories were an added bonus.
