Is this the best arm hand finger supports brand? quality guaranteed?

Don’t know about quality guarantee lol but it sure worked great for me when I broke my pinky finger also I worked in manufacturing the six weeks I wore it with no issues. Kept my finger in place and buffered from bumps while working. Just keep in mind it’s a splint not a cast. Hope that helps
